Knowledgeable and caring is how I would describe Dr. Cassidy. I have been seeing Dr. Cassidy for over ten years- maybe 15. I followed him from two other locations. He explains everything in layman's terms and is extremely kind and caring. Joanne, his assistant is equally nice. I have recommended him to several family members- they all feel the same way.
I had a short period where my insurance did not allow me to see him, so I reluctantly saw another doctor. It felt like I was in a factory, I hated it. I was overjoyed when I was able to return to Dr. Cassidy. His office is very intimate. I believe it's just him and maybe one or two other doctors. They don't overbook, which is another bonus.

Techs were not helpful and disrespected me when I needed help. Left me in waiting area when I was physically distraught. Cassidy wasn't compassionate to the situation.
