I've been a customer of Pearle Vision for over a decade, having last been to this office for an examination and glasses just prior to the Covid pandemic, so it's been a while. This visit provided the best examination experience I believe I've ever had; Dr. Amy Wen was friendly, professional, thorough, and detailed. Dr Wen even provided a follow-up contact later in the day regarding an anomaly she observed that she felt my ophthalmologist should be aware of. I found that to be going above and beyond. Following the examination, and after picking out new frames, the staffer I worked with to prepare my order was friendly, professional, knowledgeable in completing the process. All in all, my experience was great and I'm looking forward to receiving my mew glasses in a couple of weeks.

The eye doctor was great but the workers where horrible I will NEVER go back they act like u bothered them by coming in and they have to do some work the lady ask if I need help getting some frames and she set there for a long time before helping and when she did she had a. Attitude and asked what style I'm looking for and color I told her what's my concern was is my ears are so small I don't want anything that's going to fall off so she said make sure the legs when u put it on u can touch beyond your ear not true I have some that don't and they say and the ones that's short don't fall off anyway

Be patient: They're clearly a small store, and they don't have a massive amount of staff.
I had a wonderful experience with this location! I was seen fairly on time (I think they were about ten minutes behind, which isn't egregious in my book), and the eye doctor I saw was lovely. She took the time to really make sure she got an accurate prescription for me, and was patient and understanding when I asked her to repeat things or go back and let me see "One? Or Two?" again.
The staff were courteous, if a bit rushed. I could tell they had lots to do, but they still took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and to help me understand the next steps after my appointment.
Long story short, it's a shame I'm moving out of state this year, because I'd definitely go back to this location. Kind doctors and courteous staff are the biggest things I look for in a healthcare provider, and they definitely provided.

The initial visit was good however, I had to return the glasses for warranty repair and it took almost six weeks for me to get my glasses back. I called after 2 1/2 weeks and was told that they had the lenses and were waiting on the frame. I called two weeks after that and was told that they had the frame, but was waiting on the lenses. It didn't that long when I initially purchased the glasses. So I really don't know why it took so long to have them replaced. Also one of the women who works there had a very bad attitude when I went to pick them up and for me the different answers about why it was taking so long and the attitude adds up to poor customer service and me never going back.

If I could just rate Dr. Anthony this would be a 5 star rating. She is very easy to talk to about eye issues and has always done an excellent prescription.
If I were rating the women in the front of the store this would be a 1 star rating. She obviously hates her job or the customers.

Got my glasses like 4 months ago. Now there's a defect in the lens. Was told that no warranty comes with glasses, only if you buy one. Had I been told this I never would've purchased. Garbage company that sells an inferior product. The woman I talked to at store seemed to get a big kick out of letting me know. So at least she's happy.

This Pearle Vision is the most ghetto and unprofessional place I have been to. The staff are rude and you get the idea that you are imposing on them. My optometrist (Asian; do not remember name that's the way she could be identified) was horrible, rude, made me feel uneasy and did not thoroughly explain to me what she was doing and what most of the eye exam entailed. Another staff (the lady with the Raven Symone asymmetrical hairstyle; yes I am confused by it as well) was also rude and short with me. The staff needs to be revamped or needs to receive some intense refresher training on appropriate customer service, it's horrific service. It was so bad that corporate will be contacted as well.
