Pam the receptionist is the most disgustingly rude employee I e ever came across anywhere! The way she spoke, cut you off, then backtracked her statement was unbelievable!
I only called to ask if they accepted a certain insurance. Was cut off and told they don't have a full time Dr. I explained we wouldn't need an appointment until August... To only be told were to booked for you and hung up! I'll never walk thru those doors because I'll be ever so unprofessional as I was treated!

I will be back. This was my first virtual experience to my surprise it was a great experience. I recommend Luke to help with glasses when picking because he is very professional I had others help but he is my favorite and I will ask for him again the next time. Terrible experience. Ordered my 6 year old daughter's prescription glasses at the beginning of October, and it is now second week of December and we haven't received them yet. They also are not able to give any updates on where they're at with processing them. So if you have medical card through the state, I highly do not recommend. I am now going through bard optical who says they'll be in next week!
