Dr. Benjamin and is staff were accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. My wild child son scratched his eye with a stick. The situation was bleak and nerve racking. Called up the eye care center and they allowed us to come in first thing. Seemed like Doc had seen this a million times before and was calming, caring, and personable. Got drops in, got a diagnoses, got a prescription, and they got us on our way. The wild child is okay and back to normal. Easy parking, you can find their office in the lower level.

Dr Benjamin's staff is efficient and courteous! Dr. Benjamin was very sensitive to the reality of me only having one eye (my right eye is artificial) when he recently performed cataract surgery and my subsequent follow up visits. Words are not sufficient to express express my: confidence, trust, respect , and gratitude for the way Dr. Benjamin conducts all facets of his visits (consultations, exams, surgery, follow up, billing, arranging appointments, etc.)

Dr. Benjamin is an extremely intelligent physician, who has always taken time with me to explain what is happening and to also be very aware of any apprehensions I have by answering all of my questions. His staff is outstanding - knowledgeable and very welcoming- always ready to assist and create a warm environment.

Dr. Benjamin definitely does his best to correct any issues. Jodi is the best. Always warm and friendly. She does her best to handle whatever the insurance, scheduling, or other things that cause an issue to be as simple and painless as possible. The entire office staff is Great! I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to provide my eye care.

For me it's like unbelievable. This cataract surgery actually worked so good that I can pretty much see even some of the smaller print ( not everything-everything, but pretty much a heck of a lot more than I have had imagined) . Doctor Benjamin is one great person and professional. Prior to the procedure doctor explained what is all involved in this surgery with such detail and confidence that I was not even scared to go through with it. The nurses and other doctor assistants are like I imagined angels to be ( very gentle, caring, calm and supportive). My experience was great. The Benjamin Eye Care practice is excellent! Dr Benjamin took the time to explain options and the procedure for my cataract surgery. The team, Jody & Jill in the front office, Annette the optician and techs, Brooke & Maddie are all super friendly & knowledgeable. They took the time necessary to answer questions. The surgical center Dr Benjamin uses, Magna Surgi Center is great; clean, friendly, informative. Benjamin Eye Care is top notch!

It's a shame this eye doctor has lost a client. This is my first time coming to him and he was actually really good even though I had to wait an hour and 40 minutes. The first time I came to him there is someone in his office named Annette, who is so unprofessional and rude. She asked me to make payment and not only scoffed at me and said oh my God I was unable to make a payment due to an unexpected loss and I said the soonest I could pay would be Friday and I asked her if she scoffed at me and she said well I'm just trying to get our money. Unbelievable the unprofessionalism. The eye doctor is good, but his staff is trashy when I went there for my initial appointment. There's some lady in all blue scrubs that would constantly come out and talk negatively to receptionist about a new trainee that they were training and in front of all the people waiting to be seen(6) I should have known from that point that something wasn't right beware of the Karen miss Annette in the glasses section of the office and trashy blue scrub lady who dilates your eyes

I've been going to Benjamin Eyecare for over 20 years and the office staff are great! Dr. Benjamin has taken care of my family's eye needs with precision and accuracy. I've had a few eye surgeries and have always been able to see even better afterwards. I would highly recommend.
