Technician willingly and happily made a difficult repair flawlessly to my current glasses, even though they were ten years old and I hadn't purchased them at their store. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful in picking out new glasses, as well. Highly recommend.

For my first visit I had no wait time. The nurse who took me back was professional and comforting. She was able to connect and get through the preliminary tests for pressure without making me nervous or feeling like i was going to fail. I was able to walk through my appointment with my doctor and ask all my questions in regard to what to expect and what I can be doing better. She literally had all the answers. When I finally got to picking out my frames the women behind the desk was able to find me several frames in my style and for the practicality I actually needed them for. They have found a new customer for life. I'll be back next year ladies!!! Definitely come to this location , plenty of parking and smiling faces.

The staff at this location are amazing! Incredibly friendly and accommodating. I came in yesterday with the only free 45 minutes I've had in months. All while having my phone was being blown up by an 11yr old waiting on me. While I was a mess and rushing to get in and out the staff treated me with respect. I apologize for my behavior and appreciate the staffs kindness and understanding towards my situation.

Needed my eyeglasses tightened, i went here to tightened them (still lose) but when cleaning the lense they used a paper towel!! Now my eyeglasses are VERY scratched to the point i had to purchase new ones due to amount of scratches that were made in my lenses making my astigmatism worse. Beyond upset! dont go here for tightening!

Highly recommend Family Vision Care! Everyone single person in the office was very friendly. I hadn't been to an optometrist since childhood, and they made it a smooth experience. Dr. Graves was thorough in examining my eyes, and answered all my questions. He gave me an eye care plan that was custom to my needs. I also appreciated the woman who helped me pick out cute glasses that suited my face the best. Everyone there was great!

The bad: I came in for an eye exam in March 2025 with Dr. Shawn Dygola and paid over $1,000.00 for three pairs of designer prescription glasses. The turnaround was quick, however, when I went in to pick them up and try them on, the new glasses gave me distorted vision and my eyes were actually hurting. My comment was "wow, I can't see properly with these glasses." The two women working that afternoon told me to be patient and let my brain get used to the new prescription. It's been 2.5 months and my lenses and vision is still distorted - I don't think my brain will ever get used to incorrect lenses. The cheater glasses from Walgreen's are actually a better source for reading and my old driving glasses from 15 years ago continue to be used. As a result, I called the office and requested another doctor to re-examine my eyes and provide me with the correct prescription lenses. The good: When I called to make an appointment, the manager got me in a few days later to have my eyes rechecked and I was examined by Dr. Slowik. She was thorough, patient and found the issues with the previous prescription and new lenses. Thank you for responding quickly and correcting the issues. I would also like to note that everyone in the office is very thoughtful and courteous.

Went in for sunglasses and optician Sydney was so helpful that I got regular glasses too. Great range of frames and prices too.

I was new to Rosin Eye care in Lagrange and needed Cataract surgery! I was treated very kindly before during and after my surgery. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through it all. I will be returning here for my regular eye care from now on! Easy to get to and friendly staff makes all the difference! Thank you Rosin
