I'm disappointed with my decision to use MyEyeDr at the Lake Forest location. Thinking the care and service offered would match the ease and convenience of the location was a total error in judgment on my part. The contact lens I've received fall short of my expectation when scheduling my appointment for an exam. However, the worst part is my credit card was over charged and when discussing a correction and refund we've agreed a credit is due that has proven to be very difficult to get processed from the local office. Their promises are easy to get their actions on their promises are another story. This is truly sad because I truly believe the staff really tries to deliver quality service there's just a real disconnect when it comes to follow-up and execution.

I had been dealing with what my previous eye doctor told me was "dry eye" for months. I got to the point where I couldn't wear contacts for more than 45 minutes. Although at my first visit the doctor concluded the same thing and suggested an anti-histamine eye drop, nothing changed. They had me back in and diagnosed me properly with GPC and prescribed a steroid and daily lenses. Nearly 7 months later and everything is still good.

Absolutely horrified by my experience here. They gave me glasses with incorrect lens (which I paid $1,000 for), gave me a hard time about correcting their mistake, and took double the time to have the glasses ready than they had promised me. Please learn from my mistake and never go here. Veronica and Adrianne should not be working for MyEyeDr.
