Rockford Eye and Laser Center

I had an appointment with Dr. Patel for an eye infection. When we got there the assistant took all of my information (he was wonderful). I explained that I had been to my primary doctor the day before for swollen glands. The primary doctor did a strep test that came back negative and gave me a prescription of amoxicillin. I should have not even mentioned that I was on another medication. The doctor REFUSED to see me because I have swollen glands. She told the assistant to tell us to come back in a week! Seriously?? I offered to wear a mask if that made a difference and the assistant said no. She just REFUSED. So, now I am trying to find another provider that has openings today to treat my eye infection. So irritated! Will NEVER go back or refer anyone here.

My husband had a bad bacteria infection in his eye and we needed to see someone quickly. They got him in by a couple hours and Dr Patel was great at finding the problem! Very nice lady and the others there! We loved the strawberry shortcake lady in the front, she'll know what we're talking about! Randy is feeling so much better already! God bless you all!

I had an issue with one of my eyes and I contacted Rockford Eye & Laser. They were super pleasant and were able to get me in the same day. Dr. Patel was very knowledgeable, thorough & friendly. The staff were helpful and very qualified. Thank you

My wife was told by our doctor to call here for an appointment. But when she did, the woman told her, "We don't take THAT insurance!" then hung up on her! No reason to be rude. One star only because we can't give it zero. Train your scheduler to be polite; she's the first point of contact with your company.

The office staff were friendly and helpful. Medical staff abd Dr Yoon were very careful in explaining the procedure and expectations. They answered my questions completely. I felt listened to and comfortable!

The staff were very nice and helpful. Waiting was reasonable and I was able to get a same day appointment with my primary doctor referral. Doctor was emphatic and kind.

I have always had a good experience at Rockford Eye and Laser Center. My only recommendation now is they bite the bullet and buy that new machine that takes pictures of your eyes to determine how much your eyesight has changed due to macular degeneration and/ or cataracts. Their old machine was acting up.. grateful I didn't have to come back!

Staff was very polite and professional, Dr Becker was clear about my eye care and was very friendly and professional. I would recommend.
