Highly recommended the receptionist and eye doctor are so incredibly kind and helpful. After my eye exam I got to pick out my new glasses from a nice selection and they even fixed my broken ones I brought in with me for free just so I could see while I wait for my glasses to be made in a few weeks. Thank you

Great people took great care of me very professional and understanding did not rush me in anyway took plenty of time to understand me and my needs. Outstanding my eyes are seeing better then they ever did lol will always come back and do my business with them. Keep up the good work and keep doing business like you did with me for everyone who comes thru your doors amazing thank you both in the office very much.

I have been going to Value Eyewear for many years. My insurance changed and I went elsewhere one time. I have headaches now and my script is not right. Went back to Value Eyewear, where it's nothing fancy, but a very good doctor, and a very thorough eye exam at a good price. Never had any issues with waiting for contacts or glasses. As for being on hold...I'm on hold no matter where I call nowadays. Busy practice means busy phones!

I do have the medical card so I know getting the glasses takes a long time. I came in they have a okay selection but it is the medical card so I'm not going to complain they are free. My appointment took me about a week and a half to get in and I got a call my glasses came in about 4 weeks later again I can see great and after reading the comments I don't see the issue with the "rude". She was very busy but took care of my needs.

My boyfriend came in for a walk In without vision insurance. price was half of anywhere else in town (under $75 for contact eye exam) and a totally painless experience. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. My boyfriend said he won't ever go anywhere else. highly recommend especially after calling about 15 places and everywhere being booked out for weeks. Dr and staff were very nice.

The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because of the doctor. The receptionist is rude and obviously has NO phone skills. I have been waiting on glasses for my son and I for 8 weeks now. She said she'd call when they came in but doesn't. My other son and roomate got theirs and we all went in on same day. We had to call to find out they were in. Now I call to check on my son's and I and she leaves me on hold for over 10 min then hangs up on me. I call back she picks up and hangs up on me again. Now she wont answer the phone. Very unhappy never have had to wait this long for glasses and deal with such poor customer service skills!

The eye doctor was very good and professional but I can't say the same about the receptionist. She was very rude. I had called to ask about my daughter's glasses and before I even said her name she said okay and put me on hold I waited for over 10 minutes then called again but this time she put me on hold when I said that I had called her before and she hung up.
