Talk to your staff. Last night I called to make several appointments. They answered what insurance I had. Davis. Put me on hold. 15 min went by. I answered another call. When done with that call 49 min still on hold! Want my business should of got back on phone and took my number. Oh had been going for years here. All 5 of us. Well lost all 5 and our Davis Insurance.

I realize that most people don't leave positive reviews for a vision store and most of the time people make decisions based off the negative reviews. However, I went in for an appointment yesterday morning (Saturday) and was seen right on time! Michele greeted me right away and was very friendly in helping me get the best contact price with my insurance. The doctor was great too and really took his time. I previously went to Eye Surgeons Associates and had a MUCH better experience here at Walmart. Way cheaper too!

Great doctor, great tech who helped me pick out my frames, but they lost me as a customer when the tech who helped me when I picked up my glasses said that my computer glasses were actually driving glasses and couldn't be told otherwise. If I'm going to have to go back to the eye doctor to get a different prescription anyway, I might as well go somewhere else. So... they really are okay if you get the right tech to help you. My last experience was so disappointing and maddening, I'm choosing to go elsewhere.

I called for information on a depth perception test for a physical and the lady on the other end of the phone was extremely rude, cutting me off multiple times and mocking me. She sounds like she smokes a pack of Cowboy killers a day.
Very unprofessional and I do not recommend.

called ahead out if respect, let them know we would be 5 min late and the lady on the phone her name us Jill and said as long as you are not more then 5 min.late or else he will have to reschedule her I said okay thank you, but i got here and there was a person ahead of me that wasnt even seen yet, and Jill said I'll see if the Doctor will still see her and I said well I hope.so I waited a month and a half for this appt. Others were decent but she gave me attitude and my daughter smiled at the lady to be nice and gave my daughter a dirty look. Had not had this happen before here so was a little disappointed.

I keep going back to the WalMart Vision Center in Moline, IL because the exams and care I've received here is exceptional. I'm wearing a multi folcal daily in one eye for mid-to close vision and an extended wear in the other eye for distance. This is the odd arrangement that was needed to make it possible for me to get the vision I needed while still being able to wear contact lenses. This is the kind of personal care I got to make my vision 20/20 conisdering my personal needs caused by a conglomeration of variables. He could have thrown up his hands and said, "Oh, well. Guess you can't wear contacts anymore." No. He found a way to make them work for me. I watched him let another lady bring her her kids into the exam room in the grocery cart because everyone was content and he wanted to keep them that way. He made it easier for them instead of himself. He's awesome!

DO NOT USE WALMART VISION CENTER.
A little over a year ago my wife took the kids to get eye exams and glasses if needed. My son needed glasses. All was well until 3 months ago when I tried to get an exam and glasses, (My son and I share the same name). I was told that I couldn't. I found out that Walmart vision had charged my sons glasses to my insurance and the eye exam to his insurance. I'm unable to use my insurance. And according to my insurance company. Walmart has yet to to send an appeal, so now I have to pay out of pocket. The manager really doesn't seem to care.
