Very nice and professional. The doctor was knowledgeable and really went the extra mile in his explanations while also listening and addressing all questions/concerns. The staff went through my insurance and got the best price allowed. Only paid 150 for a pair of glasses with blue light and a year supply of contacts. I also got a 100 dollar mail in rebate for the contacts so in all 50 dollars out of pocket. So satisfied with my experience and will be a life long patient.

Place definitely isn't the same anymore. Always screw up the billing. Last year they took my 13 yr old back and had glasses ordered without my consent ( I was getting my exam) they Had fitted her for contacts last two years. $50 charge... she has never worn contacts ordered contacts or had any desire... I'm told they just do that. For 15 yrs years I have worn acuvue 2this year I get done my eyes changed in script, but I have to come back after week to order???Order them expecting to pay "no you don't owe anything you actually lose $3 with your insurance are you okay with that? I told them yes, go to pick them up all the sudden I owe $65.00. The staff has more turn over then anywhere I know. Not sure what insurance pays for bc it cost me just under $200 day of exam and $65 more today and I didn't get anything more than what my insurance paid for for contacts.

He's alright. Pretty nice guy, however I have medical insurance and still he did not do nearly as many tests on my eyes as Dr. Roebuck did. When I got the glasses, the right lens has a spot almost right in the middle of them that will not come out, and its very annoying at times when looking at things a certain way, was kinda upset about that considering I paid over 200 dollars for them, and the new ones I got are free from the state from Dr Roebuck through my insurance, and they worked a lot better. I think in Blanco's case, he accepts any insurance and now hes overworked with clients, therefor he doesn't spend as much time as Roebuck does, and doesn't get have the tests done as he's rushing his clients out trying to keep on schedule. Just had to change my P.D. just recently cause of the same thing, which was Dr. Kahn. Hes a cool doctor, but you'll be sitting in his office for 2 hrs waiting to see him, then when U do, you'll be lucky if he spends 5 mins talking to yea.

Got right in for emergency metal in eye. Very quick and excellent job! Very reasonable price.
