Looking Out Vision

My parents have been patients of Dr. Roebuck for years, so I followed their recommendation to see him and I'm very glad I did. He is beyond knowledgeable, truly an expert. Plus, he's very good at explaining details other doctors might just skip over to save them time. The office is very nice as are the friendly staff which always helps make it a positive experience. I've had them fit my glasses with updated lenses and love them. Prices are definitely competitive if not less than local alternatives.

If you're searching for a doctor who truly cares, I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs. I'm deeply saddened that she can no longer be my optometrist due to my keratoconus, but she went above and beyond to support me for as long as she could. She accomplished what other eye doctors were unable to do--she properly treated my eye condition. After years of struggling with an issue I didn't even realize was the root of my problems, she accurately diagnosed me and ultimately saved my eyesight. She never hesitates to refer patients to a specialist when a condition requires expertise beyond her scope, which speaks volumes about her integrity and dedication to patient care. After 20 years as her patient, it's hard to imagine not seeing her, but I know her decisions are made with my best interests and health at heart. I will truly miss her and her wonderful team.

Dr. Jacobs and her team are amazing! I found her through a friend and I am so very grateful I did! Dr. Jacobs takes her time and really listens to you. My vision is changing as I get older and I was frustrated, feeling like I was going to have to deal with not being able to see for the rest of my life when I came to her. (A little dramatic, I know ;) She is so patient and really cares about you and your vision. Her team is great too! Always helping with a smile! So happy to start this new vision journey with Dr. Jacobs and her crew!

Dr Jacobs and Dr Roebuck are both extremely talented and are caring to their patients. The staff are well trained in their ability to take care of your eye care needs. Everyone is so friendly and I love the personal help picking out frames. The glasses came in quick but also pristine lenses showing how good the Drs are. I have had glaucoma for years and with their help, I know how to take care of my vision so I wont lose it. I LOVE my new frames!!! Highly recommend this place!

I will never go anywhere else. I will recommend this place to every person I meet because Dr Jacobs is an absolute saint. She came in on her day off to see me personally because of the scary eye issue I've been having and has been a stalwart of bedside Manner and kindness. She knows I don't have much and she works with me to get the medicine I need to heal my eye. Dr Roebuck is absolutely amazing, he is extremely thorough and will educate you on your eyes throughout the whole appointment. He is very intelligent and genuinely cares about the well being of his patients. His staff is kind and organized and his office is clean and calm. 100% would recommend and have to friends and family.
