Dr. Jennifer Jacobs

Dr. Jacobs and her staff are amazing!! I truly mean this, every time I call or come in for an office visit, they are consistently excellent. I just want Dr. and her staff to know how appreciated they are. Their knowledge, professionalism and kindness are present with every encounter. I am thankful to have Dr. Jacobs as my Optometrist and am grateful for her amazing support staff, it takes a team and she has a great one! And PS- Her new office is BEAUTIFUL!!

Dr Jen is the best! I have had other eye doctors, and none are as warm, knowledgeable, and kind as Jen. Samantha and the whole team go out of their way to help with everything. Thank you!

Where do I start? Dr Jacobs was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for a new eye doctor. I don't have vision insurance and have been going to the good ol' Owl place ;). But after a terrible visit there and my eyes rapidly changing, I made the switch and let me tell you, SO HAPPY I DID! She is simply amazing! So caring, honest, and she actually listens to you! I wasn't just another number'. I have difficult eyes to figure out but she was so patient with me! So grateful to have found her! And her staff is just as awesome! Can't forget them!

Dr. Jacobs was incredibly patient and informative. I'm an old lady, so I'm not an easy person to deal with, when it comes to my vision, and she was willing to take the time to put me at ease. Her staff is also top notch, friendly, and does a great job dealing with insurance and Medicare.

So glad Dr. Jacobs is in Morris! She is patient, thorough and listens to your concerns. She takes the time to answer any and all questions and I never feel like she is trying to rush to the next person.
