Farah and Leena were the sweetest and most helpful young ladies. Truly picked out the best lenses they were very patient with me. If I come back I will be coming and bringing my father to both of these ladies truly a such a welcoming store.

The service was top-notch, from scheduling a quick appointment for my eye exam to receiving high-quality glasses. I couldn't be happier with the level of care and professionalism I experienced. What a great experience! Nicole the tech is awesome and explained everything thoroughly. Mike & Gen were so helpful in getting me the right contacts and glasses, and the doctor, staff, & especially the manager Farah were so nice & extremely efficient!

I originally came here because the America's Best closer to my home (Lincoln Plaza) was a complete nightmare -- rude, unhelpful, and totally dismissive staff who clearly didn't care. I figured I'd give this location a shot, and wow... what a night and day difference. Farah helped me here, and she was amazing from start to finish. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring -- everything the other location was not. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and even helped me snag the same pair of glasses for $100 less! Talk about customer service. The whole experience felt professional, welcoming, and honestly gave me hope in humanity after what I dealt with before. Great customer experience, great vibes, great everything. This is officially my new spot -- I'll always come here instead of Lincoln Plaza from now on.

Worst ever bought glasses in october 2025 , they broke feb 2026 they can't fix dude trying to sell me new ones for $169.00 bcuz they no longer carry frames loyal customers for over 20 years they've lost good customer. No guarantee on their frames. Stay the hell away go costco much cheaper

Outstanding customer service. I needed an adjustment on the pairs of glasses that I purchased and they took care of that with no hassles. Will definitely return for future needs!! Manager Syed was great in making sure things were dobe to my satisfaction.

Great customer service, location & associates. Very helpful. Polite. Ania the manager was such a big help in assisting me with the whole process, Knowledgeable & approachable with any questions I had. Such a positive vibe. The place is clean and inviting. I'm so happy my glasses/contacts came in such a speedy time too, as it usually takes a month for my stuff to come in bc of my special prescription, it was in within 3wks. I got a call as soon as they arrived and they kept calling to let me know until I finally came In to pick them up, I like the reminders. Helpful when u have a busy life schedule and things slip your mind. The associates also speak polish & other languages, which is really helpful to others who may have a hard time communicating in just English. I highly recommend this place.

The general manager Ferrah and the amazing staff, displayed true professionalism with the urgency to impact the patients lives. Fast, efficient and detailed oriented. The office is clean and very welcoming. What a perfect location to bring the whole family and friends.
