As soon as I walked in a girl/guy (can't tell) who was heavier and wearing a mask came up and started telling me she sent multiple texts and called to get my insurance in the rudest tone. Mind you, I only received one text regarding insurance and one call while I was working. Then, I responded calmly saying I sent it an hour before my appointment time. She didn't know what to say so she turned to the front desk staff and said make sure she pays! I laughed and said I will pay. The front desk staff called the insurance as I went in for my appointment. When I came out it was a different front desk girl who rang me up and I paid full price. I noticed there was no insurance used. So, I called them that same day. They said, no manager is currently in; we will call Monday or Tuesday. I called on Monday and someone said no manager is in yet but she is about to be in and will call you. The day is over and never got a call. I had to get information and handle it myself with my insurance that were super easy to work with. Not only did I come into a girl/guy instantly being rude and taking her anger out on me, but they provided no update regarding insurance when I left. Very unprofessional and uncommunicative. It's my first and last time here.

I scheduled my appointment online and was able to get a visit the next day. Staff was attentive and helpful with searching for previous glasses that I have grown to love; and found them for my to purchase. Quick and efficient visit( as I was on break from work). Very friendly atmosphere and turn around for glasses is great; for a last minute visit ( on my part). I will make this my new favorite place to visit for eye care; and encourage my friends and family to visit this place as well. Great Job

After dealing with this location for many times in a time frame of 12 to 14 yrs, on December 28th i went in to order glasses and take eye exams for new prescription. 2 wks ltr they texted to go pick them up, glasses did not match my vision but i wear them to allow my eyes to adjust. I Had to return them after 1 wk, they sent them out to take out 1 upgrade on the glasses. 2 wks ltr i went to pick them up, still could not see far with them. They RE-EXAM TEST my eye 1 more time and sent them out to adjust AGAIN. 2 wks ltr i went to pick them up and still couldn't see far away with them. I gave up. We asked for the warranty we purchased to be extended 1 or 2 more months due to the fact that its them who, messed up the order and the woman named APRIL on the front desk, was rude and didn't want to help. We asked for the corporate number to call and try to adjust the warranty and she said that these things happen and they won't extend the warranty. Its sad that after spending thousands of dollars on glasses on this location alone, she would show no gratitude or appreciation on our business with this company. This whole experience on this purchase not only cost me $600 on the glasses but, my time and work time money, which i also had to paused while making this many visits. Horrible experience. I hope in the future when i need to purchase more glasses for me or my family, at a different location, they will show more respect and appreciation for our business.

I have been using Vision Works for several years and the experience each time is very professional. The Eye Doctors they have are wonderful and the testing that is completed goes above many others. Prices are great 2. I encourage anyone to go to Vision Works and see Mominah, she will make sure your glasses are a perfect match for you.

Although I have worn glasses for 40 years, this is my first visit to Visionworks. They didn't help me pick out my frames like the other places I have been to, but that was okay because I wasn't rushed or pushed toward the more expensive frames. While measuring my eyes, April was very nice and answered all my questions. I will definitely return to this store.

I had such a great experience at Visionworks! One of the screws in my glasses had fallen out, and I stopped in hoping they could help. The woman who assisted me was incredibly kind and professional--she found the exact screw I needed and fixed my glasses right there on the spot. Best of all, she didn't even charge me! It was such a relief, and her friendly attitude made the whole experience even better. I'm so grateful for the help and would definitely recommend Visionworks to anyone in need of eyewear service!

April greeted me upon arrival with a level of warmth and professionalism that set the mood for my visit. She escorted me to Angie. She is a gem ! Overall professionalism and expertise is top priority with Angie. Then the exam will Dr Czaiccka. Above and beyond any previous eye exams I've ever had. Put me at ease and explained things that nobody ever took the time too. Back to April. Wow. I'm recovering from a surgery and currently walking with a cane. Her anticipation of my needs was greatly appreciated. Anyone else might of just told to pick out some frames and that would have been it. April ascertained my choices and picked 12 frames. She was patient and never upcharged me. She explained the benefits and used an array of devices that helped me decide. This team of yours is a cohesive group that compliments your customers with a customer service expertise that we rarely see anywhere these days. The best thing I did this week is come into this store. Top shelf service! Thank you !
