"I had a fantastic experience at Rosin Eye Care. The staff was so friendly, and my doctor was excellent. Before coming in to see the doctor, you can contact your vision insurance company to confirm coverage. The location is really convenient (Niles, IL)with a big parking lot, and my insurance covered both the exam and my glasses. My family also came here, and I'll absolutely recommend it to my friends. One suggestion: I'd love to see more glasses in the $0 to $130 range, as most were pricier. Overall, a great visit!"

I have been coming to this office for over two years and will always recommend them. My visits go smoothly because the team is wonderful. The ophthalmologists are kind, and efficient. The receptionists are wonderful, and my favorite is Val! She truly goes above and beyond, is quite resourceful and so sweet. I look forward to my vision care appointments because they are stress-free. Thanks again Val, for making it easy to replenish my contacts supply!

I had a 9:30 am appointment at the office that opened at 9. I waited for more than half an hour. My appointment lasted +/- 15 minutes even after explaining I made the appointment because I have some concerns. I expressed them several times and never really received a satisfactory response. just " let's see if the new glasses are better". Also, I wanted an appointment with an ophthalmologist but saw a optometrist. I don't feel I was given a thorough exam and will be calling my insurance carrier regarding getting a second opinion.

The whole team really took their time in making sure that I got the best prescription that I needed but also make sure I looked good by helping me pick out frames. I appreciateed the explanation of what different types of lenses there was and which one would benefit me the most in what I experienced my life in. Once again this team in the office is a great group.

4/15/25 Receptionist or service desk whose taking appointments too bad, being not politely to the patient call, clinic will lost the patient, too bad experience, need training to be polite to the persons and hiring to be receptionist needs to be in nice expectation experience not a kind of idiot sounds to the patient. Clinic please give this attention, I wish I would know this person name and I am very sure to report it immediately in person. I just decided to move in other facilities better experience how to speak to the patient not even 1 star is 0 star

Wish I could give a five star review. As always, the optometrist was great - professional, pleasant and responsive to all my questions. I am a long time patient and have always had a five star experience. I ordered contact lenses over a month ago. I've called three times (the location was closed for a week to transfer to a new system). Now "the new system" has become the blame for everything - including unsatisfactory customer service. No one knows when to expect delivery or if the lenses were even ordered. Certainly a phone call explaining the status has nothing to do with the "new system". Hope the new company will be just as service oriented as the original Rosin Eyecare

I have been going to Rosin's Eye Care for over 10 years now. They are located a little bit east of Greenwood Ave. (between a bank and Baker's Square restaurant). The front desk employees are professional, helpful, courteous and will even help you find the BEST prices and match or beat the price of another competitor. Juanita, the office manager, has been working at this location for over 18 years. She is very, very courteous, kind, personable, professional and always super helpful. The wait time is usually less than 10-minutes. The Doctors are always thorough and very knowledgeable. They also stay on top of the latest technology in terms of their profession, which I appreciate very much. There is free parking and ample spaces for parking. The facility is always clean and there is a lab on-site for adjusting frames or anything else on your glasses. I wear contacts 95% of the time, but when my seasonal allergies kick in I switch over to my glasses for a few weeks. If you are looking for knowledgeable doctors, friendly customer service and a place where your wait time is less than 10-minutes -- hit up this place for your next appointment.
