America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I went there on 12/8/2025 to get a pair of glasses fixed. Once I got there a young lady by the name of Erica took care of me and was amazing great customer service. Maricel fixed my glasses and did a wonderful job and great customer service also. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much Erica and Maricel.

Stopped in to have my sunglasses repaired. The three associates were really kind. Upon completion, I asked for the total. They instead told me there is no charge. I have purchased my daily wear glasses in the past from this store and other America's Best locations. It's the after sale service that draws me back. Thank you guys, I really appreciate the help today.

i was there today 2/26/26 i have aetna insurance amount $180 the lady told me i could not get 2 pairs of glasses which is ridiculous i have the same insurance she did know what she was doing no one stepped in to help i told the girls in front that i did not want that lady they ignored me i asked for my prescription and walked out i have been going there for over 10 years i will never go back there again! terrible! If you could leave 0, I would leave it terrible attention from the person in charge of this store or. I don't know if it is the receptionist. I arrived to pick up my glasses, as they sent me a text message indicating that my glasses were already available for pick-up. It turns out that when I arrive. The very despotic person tells me my. Lens, they are not there, and I had to wait for a call from her when I gave her. My view is that I should take into account for the next time inform you. That we should ignore the text message. The very despotic person. He repeats to me that I have to wait for the call from them. I thanked him for his fine attention and retired from my home in my life. I go back to that branch.

Worst place ever i brought my mother 8 times to get a eye exam and turns out that they grabbed the wrong prescription from 4 years ago and on top of everything didn't want to fix the problem and ended up telling my mother they didn't care to fix it because she was the manager and she wasn't going to lose her job over a no body referring to my mother. I definitely do not recommend especially if your older they'll just end up taking advantage of the people. They can keep the $150 the changed us for out eye exam even tho they didn't do they're job differently will not be returning or recommending anyone.

I have been coming to America best for years . The employee are always nice . But this years a young lady name Gabby just really was so nice and sweet and patient I had to post this and following week helped my girlfriend.Thanks Gabby !!

This review should've been posted months ago! This America's Best location is easily one of the best I've been to. Scheduling the appointment online was super easy and I was able to get in the same day. When I arrived, I got the classic question: "Do you have your insurance card?" Honestly, with how customer service can be these days, I half expected some attitude, but it was the complete opposite. The front desk girl was beyond helpful. She even looked up my insurance provider and gave me all the details on my coverage. The assistants were great, and the optometrist, while she hit me with a little aging reality, was super kind and professional. The whole checkout process was smooth and management seemed on point. Every customer who walked in was greeted and acknowledged, which honestly felt like a throwback to old school service you rarely see anymore. Every single person I've dealt with here has been great. This place is actually a solid spot and I definitely recommend checking it out!

Dr was helpful, kind, and informative. The nice lady helping me purchase contacts, (I believe her name was Mary) was so lovely to chat with and very helpful. I showed them how my glasses ear piece had broken and they helped repair them so I could wear them until my contacts came in! Great staff, quick and efficient. I was fully expecting a 1-2 week wait, but my contacts arrived within 5 days of my appointment! Highly recommend!
