I had such a great experience at Big City Optical and want to give a big shout out to Dr Duda and Milan. Milan was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made everything easy, explained my options without any pressure and genuinely made the whole visit feel comfortable.
Dr Duda was just as wonderful. She took her time during the exam, explained everything in a way that actually made sense and made sure I felt heard and taken care of. She is kind, patient and you can tell she truly cares about her patients.
This was hands down one of the smoothest and most pleasant eye care visits I have ever had. If you want to be treated kindly by people who really know their stuff, go see Dr Duda and Milan at Big City Optical. Highly recommend.

I usually dread my annual eye appointments because it's so hard to find a pair of glasses. I tried Big City Optical for the first time this year. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the door! Lisa assisted me, she was so helpful and very pleasant. They have a huge selection of glasses to choose from. Lisa did not make me feel rushed, and she helped me find a pair of regular glasses and sunglasses that I love! I look forward to returning to complete the order! Thank you

My family has been customers at Big City Optical for years, and we have always had positive experiences--until our recent visit to the Oak Brook, IL location. Meralin gave us a very difficult time. We visited on both Saturday and Monday to select Silhouette frames, and she was disinterested, unknowledgeable, and unwilling to help. When it came time to sit down and finalize the frame and lenses, she refused to show us all of the available options despite multiple requests. Her response was, "This is all you need, and I don't have time to go through all the options." At that point, I chose to decline the sale and leave. In contrast, my brother has worked with Lisa in the past and has always had positive experiences.

I was impressed with this office. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I was used to getting annual eyes from another chain but found this wonderful office via my vision insurer app. I am not a fan of the eye puff test to check eye pressure and they had the newest technology to check eye pressure without the air!!!!
