Its been five years since I had the procedure. I still have great vision and no eye problems. I had the procedure on a Friday and by Monday I was back to work. I do recommend an extra day off if you work with computers since the eye drops needed after procedure would cause some blurred vision interfering with my ability to see my computer screen the first day back at work.

If I could give this place a MILLION STARS I WOULD! The WHOLE staff was so caring and loving and walked me through the WHOLE process step by step. I may have been a walking panic attack walking in but after I felt brand new. I was even able to go to school the NEXT day and get my check up before at 845 am! They asked me how it feels to have 20/20 vision, well freakin AMAZING! They also gave me this cute little goodie bag with a fun shirt! My only regret is that I didn't do this ten years ago! HUGE shoutout to Dr horn and the WHOLE staff that was there before and during surgery to help me get through it! Thank you so much for making me feel safe and letting me live out my dream of glasses and contacts free!

I am extremely satisfied with my results, achieving 20/20 vision. Following an incident involving one of my eyes, I contacted the office but found it closed. I was assured that a doctor would contact me, which indeed happened. However, I then received another call from Dr. Horn, who didn't even introduced himself, causing confusion since I had already spoken with my original doctor and did not recognize Dr. Horn. I Informed him that I had already explained the situation to my doctor and he responded with, "That's all you had to tell me?" In a rude manner. I was shocked by his behavior but chose to address the situation calmly. I provided information including the fact that my LASIK procedure was performed at Westchester by Dr Probst. Unfortunately, Dr. Horn's response remained unprofessional, culminating in an abrupt termination of the call without a polite goodbye. Such behavior is unacceptable from a medical professional.
