Warby Parker Oakbrook Center

I had the best experience last Saturday at Warby Parker. I was looking to replace my favorite sunglasses that had been worn to death. What I really wanted was for these SAME glasses to just get new lenses. I asked one of the friendly staff to help me. Itzel did a lot of detective work for me trying to find my order (I gave the wrong email and she figured it out). She checked in with other staff to see what could be done for my glasses. She took time to make sure that I left that store with exactly what I wanted. She was lovely! Itzel brought the wonderful optician, Julian, over to help set up my order with the same glasses but new lenses. Julian was so great at explaining to me the benefits of all the lense options. This way I was able to get exactly what I needed. He even had them shipped directly to my home so that I did not have to come back in. What a great experience!!! This will be my new go to store for all glasses. Thank you, Itzel and Julian!

The Oakbrook location was a great first-time experience for my wife and myself. Great selection of frames - reasonably priced, too. The best part, however, was the staff. Ryan took care of us and she was fantastic. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and very fun. I hope the rest of our ordering process goes just as well. We recommend and will return!

My mom & I have been going to warby Parker at Oakbrook for a few years now, and Itzel is the best! She recognized us from last year, and was so helpful and patient with us while we decided on which pair of glasses we'd be wearing. She asked great questions, knew each frame just by seeing them, and was so speedy when the time to purchase came. She makes our experience a 10/10!

I stopped in to pick out glasses and had a long list of favorites. Airica was incredibly patient with me and very helpful. She helped me go through that list and narrow down to my top pairs. Them was even more patient with me while I FaceTimed family to help make my decision. Thank you!

I stopped by this location on the very last day of the month and the last day of the year, and despite how busy that time usually is, I was treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. For context, I had recently completed a full eye exam elsewhere and was provided my prescription. The exam was thorough, but requesting my PD felt like asking for classified information. Since I wanted the freedom to shop around, that experience was disappointing. By contrast, the associate who helped me here was exactly the opposite. Although this store did not accept my vision insurance, she was incredibly friendly, courteous, and understanding. When I asked if she could take my PD (pupillary distance) measurement as a courtesy so I could shop online later, she immediately agreed -- with a smile -- and took the time to do it properly. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, and no obligation -- just a sincere willingness to help. That simple gesture meant a lot and truly stood out. I absolutely recommend this store and will be returning myself very soon when I'm ready to purchase my next pair of glasses. Thank you for reminding me that genuine customer service still exists.

5 stars and nothing less! Michelle knew exactly what I wanted and helped me find the perfect frames in less then 5 minutes, honestly that was a moment . Everyone was so attentive and kind. I had such a great experience at this Warby Parker . The frames I got were just shades but I loved them so much I was convinced to bring in my prescription and got the same frames with it. Literally perfectttt. So excited to go get my THIRD pair soon, not to mention the process is super easy no hassle, THANK YOU .

Chris was a great help in picking out my first pair of glasses in 6 years! She used her extensive knowledge of all frames in inventory to narrow down my choices to a select few.
