I ordered my new eyeglass after cataract surgery, when I picked it up Espy was so helpful and took time to make sure the glasses fit so good. Also helped applying the chain. Thank u Espy for good service.

I have been taking my son to see Dr. Loyfman since he was 11. She instantly recommended special contacts for him that had just gotten out of clinical trials but there was no pressure, just informative. I appreciate her knowledge in this because in 3 years, his prescription is still the exact same! My son is super shy but he instantly feels comfortable around her. She explains everything she's doing and even discusses eye optics with him. It is such an enjoyable experience for us to see Dr. Loyfman for his annual checkup.

I had an eye exam with Dr. Emma Loyfman today, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She's so kind and attentive--she really took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I understood everything. Her bedside manner is fantastic; she's patient, approachable, and genuinely cares about her patients. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I've been seeing Dr. Chokshi for my eye care, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Chokshi is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The eye exam was thorough, and I felt confident that I was getting the best care possible. I highly recommend Dr. Chokshi to anyone looking for a caring and professional eye doctor.

Overall I'm satisfied with Dr. Yu, however, the appointment felt rushed. 0 stars for two assistants working there. I have never encountered such a rude and unprofessional customer service. I came 3 minutes earlier to my scheduled appointment, and instead of offering me to just wait in the waiting area, they told me not in a very nice manner that they were having lunch and asked to leave the office. They also misspelled my name on the file which I asked them to fix twice, did not explain insurance benefits when charging my card, and put wrong insurance number on the paperwork. The most important thing is the assistant who was taking my eye pictures was clearly SICK, sneezing multiple times while sitting less than a foot away from me and NOT WEARING A MASK! Now I am coming down with the fever. Also, talking to each other in Spanish as they were sitting in the opposite corners of the room is extremely rude and UNPROFESSIONAL, but that's only my opinion. How do I know that they were not discussing the patients? I am fluent in a couple of languages, and as a healthcare provider myself, I would NEVER talk to my colleagues in a different language in front of my patient. Very unprofessional office. I will never be back

Dr. Loyfman is fantastic! Friendly, thorough, and professional. I always feel well cared for and trust my eyes are in great hands.

Dr. Loyfman is the one of the smartest and most caring eye doctors I've even had examine my eyes. She is so knowleagable and personable, that it was a true pleasure being there. 100% would recommend her to anyone I love.

My absolute favorite doctor to go see. I wish she was my dentist so I could visit every six months. So smart, patient and kind. Genuinely just a really good person. I cannot say enough good things about this woman. If you're searching for an optometrist, stop. Just go to her-you won't regret it.
