Their customer service workers/front desk people are very rude and so unhelpful. It's almost as if they don't want you to pay them a visit after setting an appointment for you. Practice better communication and maybe learn how to actually listen to your patients needs rather than reading off a script and talking over them the entire time.

The staff was very: respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to accommodate my schedule and fit me in for a same day appointment. From the receptionist to the doctor every person there my children and I encountered were extremely helpful and kind towards us. It was my 5 year olds first visit to the eye doctor and they eased her anxiety by talking her through each and every step and by answering all of her 101 questions!
