The technician that handled my daughter was very coarse and cold. Like we were and inconvience to him. No tenderness or compassion in his voice or demeanor. I asked him was ok because it was so noticeable because of how harsh and cold his tone was when asking her questions about the exam. She is 8 and became visably nervous when he sounded annoyed by her asnwers. I even made a comment about how he wasnt very kid friendly to him. His behavior only slightly changed after I confronted him. Never returning. I could feel the distain.

Called multiple times on various days, and the phone just rings and rings. Nobody ever answered. Went up to the store and just stood their looking stupid for almost 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged or greeted me. Finally when they did speak, it was with a cold tone, rude with an attitude. Like really? Took my money to the one in Homewood. This one here sucks.

It seems like everyone I know that went there needed glasses. He prescribed my son glasses once, went there for another eye exam and told me he needed a slightly stronger strength. Both glasses were the same nothing different. Think he just prescribe glasses to everybody.

Horrible experience! Not once did they even acknowledged that they'd be right with you. There are two employees and about 5 customers. They have only spoken to the two they are servicing! Welcome to Wal mart! Horrible service!
