Chicago Arbor Eye Institute

I was not happy about being there for three hours. That's too long. The eye. Dr and the Staff were nice. The only issue I had was at the front desk when I signed in. The lady Told me I had a Balance. She She didn't asked me if I could make a payment towards . I said no not today. She looked up at me and said "not anything?" I was embarrassed and mad at the same time. I responded to her with no I don't have anything today. I get paid tomorrow. Then I asked her for online information so I could pay online, but I was upset that she asked me that, while people were around in the lobby..

Dr. Shah and the staff communicated with me and each other beautifully! There was no hiccups. From the reception to the process of getting into surgery, was beautiful. The place is nice! The staff was really professional and knew what they were doing. Made me feel comfortable and was really quick in doing the prep and surgery. Would recommend this place for surgery!

This was a great place to be. Especially when you were nervous coming in, not knowing what to expect. I was greeted with kindness and friendly smiles that extended to the back staff that took care of me and even recognizing that my visit was 2 days before my birthday. I got so many birthday greetings and happy early birthday wishes. Dr. Tekwani eased every fear I had. This visit made my day. Thanks to the Orland Park location. You guys rock.

My experience with Chicago Arbor Eye Institute was great. From the time I walked in, to the time I checked out; with my eye appointment with the doctor! The company employees were well attentive and helpful and friendly! Thank you for being a great help to me on my visit, everyone!

I wanted to take a moment to let you know Mirabel was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and considerate. I also appreciate Dr Shaw taking extra time to explain things and offer tangible solutions. This was an outstanding visit. Thank you!

I had a 2:30 appointment. The office was not crowded. After a short wait, a tech took me into a room, examined pressure, took some basic information, gave me a vision test and sent me back to the waiting room. This took about 5 minutes. After a longer wait, I was summoned into another room to take a peripheral vision test, perhaps 10 minutes. Then back to the dark room where I waited waited, waited. Another man came into the waiting room and was there for about 20 minutes before he was called. I waiited and waited (finally fell asleep) before I was called Into a third room, put in the exam chair and waited and waited some more. At 4:00 the doctor came in and gave me another pressure check and told me that I checked out fine. Basically "no trouble found". When I complained about the inordinate wait, the doctor told me that I had 2 appointments, one at 2:30 and another at 3:45. She said the desk should have too me this. I was pretty upset with the waste of time but inquired at the desk about the "2 appointments" and they knew nothing about it. I spent 90 minutes and you told me there was "no trouble found". What incredibly bad service!! Once before I had to wait over 40 minutes to see a doctor, but that day you were jammed with patients and the docs were running late. This time I was the only guy in the room!! No excuse except for this except general incompetence and total disregard for your patients' time. You will not be seeing me at your office again. I've had enough!!

Dr. Jain is simply amazing. She took great care to explain to me not only how my eyes were doing in the visit, but I also did a thorough comparative analysis of year over a year. I was so appreciative of all the thought that she put into my care .

From the initial call to get an appointment to the actual appointment was very pleasant. Staff is very friendly. I really liked Dr Sharfi. She goes over each step of the exam, encourages you to ask questions and answers them. I will be having surgery in February and I am very comfortable that Dr Sharfi will be the surgeon.
