I had a great experience at Pearle Vision and cannot recommend them enough. Samir was the best and helped me tremendously throughout the entire process. Everyone there was lovely, including Rita and Nadine (who happens to share my name!), making the atmosphere so welcoming. Even though we took forever and stayed past closing time, nobody rushed us or made us feel like a burden. Also, Dr. Shiple was very nice and professional.

If you go to Pearle Vision in Orland Park be sure to get Nimah to service you. She was excellent. She very helpful and pleasent to work with. Also she was able to have my glasses made up for next day pick up. Dr. Brachmanski was also the man to see for your eye exam. He was very professional, informative and thorough.

A special thank you to Lupe, who was amazing from start to finish. She took such great care of us, was very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions with kindness and confidence. You can tell she really cares about patients and loves what she does.

A really great experience here! It's my first time at this location and I will definitely be making this my preferred place. Everyone was so courteous and the service was quick, from the lovely ladies at the front desk and in the intial exam, to Dr. Shiple listening to my concerns and giving a proper prescription, to the wonderful Nimah who was able to help me get my frames completed same day before they closed since my glasses were broken. She was also able to explain my insurance benefits and got me a better deal!!
