The doctor was very professional. However, during the visit for glasses and contact lens options, I felt some pressure to make an immediate purchase, which was somewhat overwhelming. My prescription had not changed, so I technically did not require new glasses. I am attempting contact lenses again (the fourth time) and wanted to try the monthly option to determine if I would regularly wear them. I would have appreciated a more neutral approach without feeling pushed to make an immediate decision.

I've been to this facility before but this time my eye exam was with Dr. McCartan on Wed 12/10. She was very kind and attentive to my eye needs. This time around I opted to get contacts and the appointment was smooth and seamless. I didn't feel rushed. Jasmine was very sweet. She helped me with the rest of my appointment information and I enjoyed our pleasant and funny conversation. I felt good and uplifted after my appointment. I'll be back :)
