I highly recommend seeing Dr. Matt for your eye care needs. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and a great listener. He has up-to-date equipment that can take photos of the back of the eye...and, even shows 3D pictures! My previous optometrist didn't even have that! I also appreciate the variety of frames they carry at reasonable prices :)

I just had a fantastic experience with Dr. Degroot. He does an extremely thorough exam, finds the clearest vision possible, and has some of the newest and best equipment for medical eye Care focusing on the health of my eyes. I have met many eye doctors, and I can confidently say that Dr. Matt is one of the best.

The eye exam was very thorough, and the glasses look and fit perfectly! I appreciate that they take their time to ensure everything is done right without rushing. Highly recommend.

The office was quick to schedule an appointment and Dr Matthew was extremely informative walking me through different conditions I was at risk for after inspecting my eyes as well as options to best correct my vision. They were also able to swap my lenses once they received them in office with minimal wait.

I wanted to express my deep gratitude to Matthew DeGroot personally and eye care clinic assistant! During standard visit he was able to detect retina detachment on my eye and encouraged me to pay immediate attention to it and start recovery. My boyfriend and I have been going to see Dr. Ryan Schultz for about 2 1/2 years. He is always highly professional, yet personable and has provided solutions for some of our eye issues that other optometrists have not offered or considered in the past. Though I do not personally know details of optometry, it seems he is highly trained in his field and seems to continually look for ways to educate himself on new advances in the field. I also recently had an irritated eye and Dr. Schultz and his receptionists were able to squeeze me in between appointments, which was greatly appreciated. The receptionists have also been very kind and accommodating and they are taking extra care during covid to maintain safety. Finally, in my experience, Dr. Schultz is also informative about how to submit insurance claims and is empathetic to concerns I may have.

Dr. Matthew Degroot gives excellent service. Very patient and does a very detailed eye exam. Worth the drive .

Drove 1.5 hours to come for an eye exam, but was worth it! First time I can see crystal clear in years!! Took the time to try multiple contacts and was not rushed like all the other places I have been too in the past! Do not hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Melissa DeGroot.
