I went in to get an Eye examination and had very thorough exam and was taken care of very well. The manager Adriana , technician Ariel, and opticians Lily and Bex took care of me and I was very pleased with my eye doctor. Best eye doctor to go to in Park Ridge.

The MyEyeDr Park Ridge office is wonderful. I have been going there for years. Dr Paul is patient, thorough, understanding, and listens well. She is a great optometrist. The office staff is kind, helpful, and friendly. Adriana the optician too care if me, and she was absolutely fantastic. Really helped me to find the right glasses for me and did a great job on fitting them. I was a difficult case and she was patient and understanding. I really appreciated how hard she worked with me. The other optician, Lilly, and the technician were also very helpful and really thorough. i would highly recommend this practice. Nice selection of frames also.

Avoid this My Eye Doctor location at all costs. The employees don't have a clue what they are doing. The doctor was nice but the amount of times I have had to go in there to pick up my glasses is ridiculous. I called a week and a half after my appointment and asked when can I expect my glasses to be in. The lady put me on hold and came back and said the glasses have been in. Why didn't they call to let me know ? I went in to pick up my glasses and a lady handed them to me. There was nothing about me having them fitted or adjusted, just handed to me. I put them on and they were way off. The lady took them to make them tighter and she broke the frame. She told me they would "expedite" an order to have the frame replaced. I called a little over a week later to see if I can pick up my new glasses. I was told the order went in LAST MONTH but the frame was broken. I told this lady I know, that is why you said you were going to "expedite" the order. I have been waiting since the 19th of LAST MONTH and still no glasses. After my appointment I still received 24 emails and multiple text messages letting me know I should make an appointment before the end of the year so I don't lose my benefits. I called the office to let them know I am receiving these messages non stop AFTER I already had my appointment. The lady said she will remove my email and number from the system. The next day I received no emails or text messages and thought that was good. The following day they started up again. The doctors may be nice but the other employees will ruin this practice.

My entire family visits this office regularly and it's always a pleasant experience. From the doctors to the office staff, we have never had a negative complaint. Adriana, the office manager, goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our visit. Every time I visit, I've noticed the rest of her staff are attentive and friendly towards the patients. They take their time with each and every person, ensuring a positive experience.

Given that I had a tight schedule and needed to take my daughters to their gymnastics class afterward, I informed the front desk staff about our time constraints. Unfortunately, we were served approximately 10 minutes late, and I ended up waiting longer while trying to check out. Instead of being assisted promptly, my family had to wait for a staff member who was engaged with another customer browsing for eyeglasses frames. I noticed that there were opportunities for staff to facilitate quicker assistance for our minor checkout needs, as is often customary in retail settings. I believe that offering support to clients who require a quick resolution could significantly enhance the customer experience, especially for families with tight schedules. It was disheartening to feel that my request for timely assistance was overlooked, and I hope this feedback can be used to improve the efficiency of your checkout process in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate the overall care provided to my daughters and hope to see improvements during my next visit.

I took my 8 yr old son for exam and glasses. It was our first time there with new insurance. They were so nice and informative. My son felt so comfortable and we especially liked Dr Mila. She was lovely!

I recently went to the Park Ridge location for new glasses. Marley and Lily were wonderful associates who helped me through every step of the process. They explained pricing thoroughly and gave great advice when it came time to choose my frames. Very thankful for their assistance and will definitely be going back to this office location in the future!
