Mom has been seeing Dr. Saks over the last few months.. Back story is she got Bells Palsy / Ramsey Hunt a couple years ago. Since then she'd have issues with droopy eye lids and tears forming and not leaving her eye. We had gotten a recommendation from a friend in the industry to see Dr. Saks. After a couple visits, We had a plan to correct they eye lid. 6 weeks later The lid was good but the tear issue still existed. He came up with a 3 pronged approach to fixing it. (Meanwhile I'm learning more about eye and facial anatomy each visit) Another surgery and recovery and Mom' condition is GREATLY Improved. She can't say enough nice things about Dr. Saks so we left this review. If you've got an eyelid or tear issue, do not hesitate to see him. He will make your life better!!

I have been going to Dr. Saks for many years. I highly recommend him. I want to also compliment the supporting staff from signing in, to having my eyes checked before seeing Dr. Saks, and to signing out. Everyone showed great customer service.

Very attentive staff. Pleasant polite patient service all around. No long waiting like in some doctor offices. Dr Saks explained the condition present in my eyes and the options to correct them. Very positive experience overall. 5 stars!

Dr. Saks is very knowledgable, has years of experience which he uses to assess each individuals needs. He found cancer in my right eye. It has almost been a year and I am finally ready to have him do a third surgery to now fix the shape. Too many details to print. He KNOWS what he is doing and I trust his decisions. He isn't a big talker, but ask all your questions and he will take his time making sure you understand. So happy to have him on my team!

Doctor Sacks fixed my dropped eyelids and I couldn't be happier. Excellent and knowledgeable surgeon.

Dr Saks was wonderful allowing me time since I came on the wrong day. He is most friendly and very informative. I would recommend him for any eye care needs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was just in for my six month follow-up with Dr. Saks after having a few procedures done to remove some skin cancers and to do some reconstruction on the affected areas. Everything checked out fine as the cancer was removed and the reconstructions turned out great. There is very minimal, (basically unnoticeable) scarring from the procedures and you can't tell at all that a portion of my lower eyelid had to be reconstructed. I have full confidence in Dr. Saks and the staff at the Eye Specialists of Illinois.

Dr. Saks is so easy to deal with and talk about my medical issues. He puts me at ease. Love his demeanor and approach on things. Well worth visiting him and his staff members. Awesome folks.
