Park Ridge Vision

Dr. Press & Dr. Cohen both amazing. I was referred here by my primary eye doctor who handles contacts etc. Best decision I made was coming to see this practice and get treated under them. Even as an adult male I was able to make considerable progress and have a better quality of life. Highly recommend!!!!

Amazing place, I'll never go to one of those fast in-and-out optometrist again because the people here actually CARE about your eyes and will take the time to make sure they're giving you the right prescription. Dr. Cohen worked with me, she figured out that I have binocular vision dysfunction. Highly recommend this place!

We absolutely love Park Ridge Vision! Our daughter worked with Dr. Cohen and team for her vision therapy for one year. The results were amazing! The vision therapists there are outstanding especially Melanie. We've since moved our entire family to Park Ridge Vision for all of our eye care needs.

Took my dad there on Wednesday as an emergency because his eyes were bleeding and we told the doctor but instead of referring us to a retina specialist they did more tests to tell my dad exactly what he told them and dilated his eyes which didn't help and charged $200 since we were paying out of pocket. I will give it to them when it came to customer service, everyone was very nice and understanding but never again will we come back after that. It would have been better to be told before coming "well if his eyes are bleeding we recommend a retinal specialist as we don't have the proper care to help him here." We were never told that when we said his eyes are bleeding and he's diabetic. They said sure come in we can help we came in and we did but not till after they said "oh you need to go to a retinal specialist." Then charged us the $200.

My 4 year old loved it here she was so excited to have her eye exam. They made her visit very fun and comfortable very kid friendly.

My eye exam was the most thorough exam I have ever had. Dr. Press and his staff treat you like you are their only patient.

Forever grateful to Dr. Press, Katie, and the rest of the team! My son graduated eye therapy today and the progress he made in the past year was phenomenal! Highly recommend coming here for all your eye needs!

Yesterday I made a post in a local mom group about not being able to find an eye doctor that would see my son due to his severe disabilities and not having the proper equipment to see him. I called OVER 30 eye doctors yesterday and we were turned away from all of them but this one. He is nonverbal, has SIB, CP, autism, brain damage, and birth injuries. Someone from a mom group that I'm in recommended this place to me yesterday and told me to ask for OD Kelly Cohen. I can't even explain how amazing she was with him. We have worked with SO many specialists before and we never had this level of care before. She was so patient with him, took her time, explained things, she was VERY knowledgeable about special needs kids. I've never had an experience like this before. She was amazing. Not to mention she got him an appointment the very next day. My boy is finally getting glasses!!! Please if you're looking for an eye doctor for special needs children, please go here! I can't express enough how grateful we are to find someone this understanding and accommodating. I cried so much when we got in the car. We have never experienced this amount of care before for my child. She is amazing. All the staff was so amazing with him. We felt so seen and heard.
