I had a really good eye exam at Lenscrafters. The girl who checked me in was helpful and was able to answer my insurance questions. The one who did the exam was professional and made it a comfortable experience. I love their new equipment, it looks very sci fi and futuristic. I liked that they have a device that lets them look at your eyes without having to dilate them. The exam was on a video call with a remote doctor but it went just as well as a regular visit. The ladies on the sales floor were very helpful - I had wanted sports glasses in the past before and wasn't able to get them but I was today and they did great with helping me get fitted with them. Overall a good experience.
