We had the pleasure of meeting Mark and having him as our salesman. His wit and humor made a mundane task like picking out glasses a fun adventure! He was very nice, generous, and funny. Thank you to Mark for helping me pick out two new frames for a very reasonable price!

I took my son in to get his first pair of glasses.. Alexa is the one who helped us.. This was the Best experience I've ever had getting glasses.. She even explained which brands were the most durable for kids, with this being my sons first pair of glasses, that was more than helpful and greatly appreciated.. I've been wearing glasses for about 20 years and this is the friendliest, easiest, most pleasant time I've ever had ordering glasses.. Alexa was kind, full of smiles and was amazing with my son.. The prices with the promotional discounts they had were AMAZING!! 2 pair for the price of 1 !! I would also like to add that the person behind the closed doors making the lenses and preparing the glasses is amazingly fast, we had my son's glasses same day.. will definitely be using this location in the future for Eyewear!!! If you can't refund a cash payment do NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS. I have been waiting over a week now for a stupid corporate check for the return I made in store. I have been coming here for a lonnngg time but this last time I came has not been a good experience for me and I won't be coming back. Which I know the company doesn't care about me not coming back. For information to people do not pay in cash even if you think you won't be doing a return, you never know what could happen. I didn't expect to do a return on the lenses I bought and paid over 300 dollars out of pocket for.. 200 being cash payment and rest on card. It's just a joke. DONT ACCEPT CASH IF YOU CANT REFUND IT WHEN NEEDED. Here I am now having to wait over 2 weeks to get my money back for something I no longer have in my possession.

Alexa helped me so much finding the right pairs of glasses! She gave me amazing insight to what flatters me and the benefits of certain styles! Love her!

Picked out two pair of progressive glasses. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of selection of frames. Both pair arrived in the time frame I was told and both pair are perfect. I will definitely be a return customer!

The experience at Eyeglass World was exceptional from beginning to end. My mother needed to see the doc for a new prescription and eyeglasses. She is disabled and it is not always easy to have a good experience. My mother raved about the service and how comfortable the staff made her feel. Alexa was very sweet and informative to make the experience even better. We appreciate her help. Great service all around!

Eyeglass World has an optometrist who has been there over 25 years who takes care to get you the best exam.Tammy and other staff greet patients with a friendly smile helping you throughout the process with frame selection and other needs. Still one of the only places in Peoria where you can still get your glasses in the same day. I fully recommend EyeGlass World.

Alexa was truly a professional and very informative about our questions about eye exams and frames/ lenses . It's customer service that always brings us back to Eyeglass World. Keep up the good work ethic Alexa !
