Gailey Eye Clinic

This place may be nice and they may be friendly. But their scheduling is awful. I waited a month for an appt and when that time came, they called me the day of to reschedule. Another month out. Or offer me to drive an HOUR to see them sooner. No eye dr is worth that.

This was such a fun appointment. Sam, Holly, Rachael & Rachael were all terrific to be around. Having Rachael help me pick the perfect glasses really gave me a boost of confidence that I needed. I've finally moved out of my comfort zone with a splash of color on my frames! Wish I could come here daily to be around such great people

The very first time I took my daughter there everything was great..Never an issue with her glasses everyone was super friendly.. The most recent visit the front desk lady was nice when we walked in, when we checked out not so much and it was the same person. The glasses took well over 2 weeks because she was out sick which I understand, but someone should be cross trained to help in that case because her glasses were sitting there however no one there to adjust. She had this second pair of glasses maybe a month and the lens popped out..ok she drives 20 mins to get it fixe, not even 2 weeks later pops out again. My review I guess is mainly for the quality of the product, they weren't cheap so for them to be falling apart so soon is ridiculous. Not sure we will be returning.

I have gone to Gailey for years and have been very pleased with the services provided until my last appointment, a few months ago. The office staff and doctor were great, the lady that helps with glasses- not so much. She never offered an opinion regarding style, told me the glasses would be in 2 weeks and often is back before that. I called on a Wednesday (after the 2 weeks were past) and didn't receive a call back. Walked in that Friday and she asked why I was there if she didn't call me. I explained I didn't receive a call back and was in the area: surprise, my glasses were in! Without taking a seat, being eye level or looking behind my ears, she blindly adjusted my new progressive glasses, gave me the card to read and 10 seconds to process it all before she was finished with me. I left the office frustrated but hopeful that my new glasses would work only to be in horrible pain from them digging into my skull for a week. I went in and asked if they could be adjusted and found she still hated her job and wasn't friendly this week either (I was really trying to consider she may be having a difficult week). Again she adjusted my glasses without being eye level with me or even looking behind my ears, and again I went another week in pain. Giving up, I went to Costco, where I am a member, and they spent less than 10 mins adjusting them properly and I haven't been in pain since. Go to Gailey for the exam but I would not recommend purchasing your glasses there!!

This was my first visit and everyone was extremely nice and pleasant. Everyone was very knowledgeable, especially the first young lady that went through the eye charts. She did a lot of work and very nice about her job. She deserves a pay raise. The doctor, second nurse, receptionist and everyone were very friendly.

Not going back! Make sure you bring a copy of your plan because they are not charging accordingly. They are a premier provider under my insurance which covers Everything except a $10 copay. They are trying to overcharge us $180.00. Our insurance company is going to call them. The lady was terribly rude to my husband. I worked in insurance and I know my plan. Please train this person properly.

From the time I entered I felt like a valued customer. The check in was fast & curtious. Each doctor I have seen was easy to talk to and each listened to my concerns. I left with a great eye exam & confident I needed cataract surgery. I was impressed how smooth the surgies went. All went well. I would not hesitate to recommend Gailey.

I was very annoyed and unimpressed when I was told to sit down and the rude lady will show me what glasses I can pick that will be covered by my VSP insurance. I don't like wasting money but I dang well can afford to buy what I like and I was never told I couldn't but anything that wasn't fully covered. I was given 4 pairs of glasses and told this is what im allowed to choose from. will report this incident to my insurance. I should be able to purchase what I want not what I'm told. I contacted my insurance company to inform them what a ripoff Gailey eye clinic is. My glasses came in they were handed to me and not fitted. I have a new pair of glasses that cost over $900 that fall off my face and can't wear.
