So impressed with this office! They were able to get me in quickly (no long wait), and the technology and exam felt very thorough. Everyone was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. They checked my insurance right away so I understood the costs up front and never made me feel rushed--even with all my questions and picking frames and lenses. Highly recommend!

Everyone was friendly, professional and not rushed. From the moment I walked in I was immediately greeted, paperwork completed and ushered into the testing area. Once all the tests were completed, I waited for the Doctor for no more than 5 minutes. Barely enough time to get a good TikTok running. Lol. I did not feel like I was rushed by the doctor, he explained everything thoroughly and asked if I had any questions. I highly recommend the whole team.

Everyone was very friendly & professional. They were not pushy about getting new glasses since my sight had not changed much. My only negative was I only saw the doctor for 15 minutes but I was there over an hour. Maybe they were running behind. Overall, a great experience.

Have been to 4 different eye drs in 5 years. Every prescription came back wrong . One was even a telehealth service where there was an Indian dr. I had a very hard time understanding her and had to keep asking her to repeat. At one point she showed frustration by stating " ugh " . I just got up and left. Eyes have seen to have worsened since that time. Dr Brtva was excellent. Very thorough in explaining .. I'm very hopeful this is going to finally be the right prescription.. the staff was extremely friendly as well highly recommend if you have trouble with the " is this better or is this better" test.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience here! My child usually has a lot of anxiety when it comes to doctor visits, but the entire staff made us feel so comfortable from the moment we walked in. They were patient, gentle, and incredibly kind. The doctor took his time and explained everything and made the experience fun.
As we were leaving, my child said, "This is the best doctor ever!"
