The initial visit was decent. Received my first pair of glasses reasonably fast. The gentleman I worked with was very helpful That's where it stops. I was sent a text and was told my 2nd pair of glasses were ready for pickup. When I got there I was told they were made wrong and would have to be remade. I asked when I could expect to get them and was told very unenthusiastically when they get done.... This will probably be my last purchase from Stanton optical.

If I could give this place one star or rather zero stars it is the worst place for eye care I have ever I came at 11:00 in the morning and it's 3:00 in the afternoon. They made me and my two babies waste my time. I mean, do you think I have your time or what? If I come here, it's not for free. I'm paying for good service. The person who was attending me is new, she didn't know what she was doing, and the manager doesn't know what he's doing either. I'm never coming here again because they made me waste my time. They don't have a scheduling system, they don't know how to work. The doctors are online, they're not here in person. So I'm never coming here again.

I will say, though, it's hard to tell if the business is open from the road. It wasn't until I was about to go around back to the lot to even see an open sign.

I had an appt, and appt went well. Wanted eye exam only so I could order frames online. As I checked out, she handed me my Rx and receipt, then said, "Too bad you didn't wait to come in tomorrow. Your eye exam would have been free." I asked her why she didn't tell me that an hour ago when I came in. She had absolutely no valid explanation. I wish she had never told me. I can't return a service rendered no matter how bad I wish I could. Highly unprofessional. Now I feel as though I can't trust the establishment due to a lie by omission. Under the climate of today's economy, looking out for one another should be free- just like my eye exam would have been if I went today instead of yesterday!!!

Save your time and go to men's crafters for eye exam. Their prescription didn't work when buying glasses online and it looks fake also saying there's some issue worthy my eye and that someone would call to schedule one more appointment which doesn't look right to me. They didn't even ask for insurance. Wasted 79$ on this.

That's how good their service was. As someone who works in the service industry, and in a time where a lot of people are rude- it was refreshing. Please give them both more money.
