ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The medical verifiers mixed up my insurance and claim I owe a $4000 deductible, when I actually have a PPO that has no deductible. They claimed I came in for an appointment with their office and I have never been to their office; this is the first time I am booking an appointment. So they placed someone else's insurance under my information and I will be reporting them to HIPAA for this violation. I keep asking to speak with someone else for help because the verifier and receptionist who I spoke with refuse to do any work to properly fix this issue. I have an urgent medical need and an insurance that pays well, but they don't want to figure out what is actually happening. DO NOT GO HERE! They are lazy and will create more of a headache.

The staff is wonderful, the wait however is not. The office is packed, a little dated too and the appointment was scheduled for 3:30, my husband wasn't called until 4:25. Then had to wait 20 minutes after having his eyes dilated to see the doctor. At 5:20 we asked for a status and was told there were 2 more patients ahead of us. Finally called back at 5:30 as we walking out to leave, he is probably just sitting in a room rather than the waiting room at this point. I think it's so rude to under value patients time and make them wait without even offering an explanation. Apparently this is normal. I should have know better,my mom had a similar experience. I guess the doctors are great...we shall see.

The doctor is great but the billing department will send you multiple bills at the same time. I am unsure what they are even attempting to collect from me when I paid a co-pay during my appointment. Big hospitals who steal from folks on the daily shouldn't be so thirsty for possibly 20$ when I should be getting paid for the excruciating long wait to see the doctor while in an outdated and old waiting area. Not to mention, the hospital made me pay up front for an eye surgery when my insurance covered everything- I did not find this out until after that it is not legal and I had no energy to fight it during COVID. I'll be looking for a new eye doctor and a more professional billing department. For the amount of bills I received at one time, you'd think I owed the hospital thousands of dollars and since they have such aggressive billing tactics, why can't they update the office with all the money they collect and steal - bc I was stolen from.

Amazing care and competent doctors! If you have an emergency they get back to you! You feel like they care about you and they do. And they know their stuff!
