Advanced Eyecare of Roselle

My dad and I are new patients at AEC of Roselle, and are so happy we found them! We both had eye exams, and have ordered new prescription glasses at AEC. Mary could not have made us feel more welcome, and she keeps the office very clean and sanitized (which is so important in healthcare). Kendra is very experienced and professional in her job. She is also super friendly and welcoming, just like Mary. Kendra and Mary helped both my dad and I pick out just the right frames for us, and Kendra answered any and all questions we had. Kendra even came in 15 minutes early, on her personal time, so that my dad could have extra help picking out his frames (he is 85 years old, and hasn't had prescription glasses in 35+ years). We will definitely be recommending AEC to all our friends and family.

I had such a great experience with Advanced Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, the whole team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about their patients, not just the appointment. The office is organized, efficient, and the staff works together so smoothly it honestly makes the whole visit stress-free. As a busy mom, I really appreciate how respectful they are of your time while still being thorough and attentive. Ten out of ten contacts exam. I'm a first-time patient at this office, and I can say this is the nicest eye-care teams I've visited as an adult. From booking with Mary to the entry exam with Marco, full exam with Dr. Farooqi, and final contacts purchase with Kendra -- everyone is so kind and down to earth. Definitely a doctor office I will keep coming back to! You'll have a good experience. They think of everything you need.

I've been coming here for my eyes since I got my first pair of glasses almost 7 years ago and the customer service has always been consistently awesome. From the people who help you check in at the front to the assistants that run the tests to the doctor who gives prescriptions, everyone is so amazing. It almost feels like they hire the same people and clone them in terms of personality- they are all so welcoming and kind, I've never had a bad experience here. You will be treated very nicely and they are always helpful when you call over the phone as well-1000/10!!!

Extremely friendly helpful and caring staff. Dr Farooqi and Patel are so thorough with their explanations of procedures and results. I feel so comfortable and heard. And bonus the prescription /glasses prices are very fair. Would recommend anyone go here for their eye care needs .

Staff is amazing! Honestly they have the best tech to treat/diagnose any eye issues. I got to see a scan of my eye ball for an extra small fee but it's worth every penny. Dr Farooqi is very knowledgeable and love coming to see her and the girls up front. Kendra is a doll and helped me pick out a frame too. Way better experience here than those big box store type optometrists.

I absolutely love doctor Farooqi and the amazing ladies up front Mary, Kendra, keyla. They are so hopeful been coming here for over 8year. Have sent so much friends and family, they where just as satisfied!! Best part i have always been in out with very little wait!! Book your next appointment here!!
