Giving 2 star review, because I genuinely like Dr. Dhaiti. I have been a patient for years, including my children. This was probably the worst experience I have had yet & will not return. I was assisted by an eyewear consultant, who was pleasant at first, I finally found a pair of glasses I liked. I told her I just wanted to see how much my out of pocket was. Once I decided to not purchase glasses, her mood extremely changed.. even when asking if she can provide me with my PD number, she immediately said she can't do that. I informed her that was information I was provided before with no issue. She then provided me with a waiver (which I've never had sign before). Dr. Dhaiti told her to provide me with samples of contacts with my updated prescription- which she always does, to trial them prior to purchasing a big quantity. When I asked her for the samples she immediately looked at me and said "you don't get samples because you didn't purchase them". I kindly told her I always trial samples. She continued to go back and forth. She then went and asked the doctor and STILL PROVIDED ME WITH THE OLD PRESCRIPTION VS THE NEW!! This location has lost a whole family of patients.

Dr. D'haiti was extremely nice. I guess I should have asked many many more questions before my appointment. I spent over an hour here and still left without glasses. Way overpriced frames. If you have Medicaid be warned they don't have any frames covered by Medicaid which they don't tell you. I have never in my life been to an eye Dr that didn't have a small 5-10 pair display of frames strictly for Medicaid. I left here in tears and in a rage. They had me confirm my appointment three times three different ways and after all this I have no glasses no hope of getting glasses I wasted an hour of my day and gas I didn't have to spare. On the eye glass store side theres one staff member and she didn't seem to know what was going on. If you have a lot of time and money to waste then this is your place !! Again the Dr was really nice but I still don't have glasses. I'm livid. I will not be back and I don't recommend this place AT ALL

Amazing first visit, thanks to impeccable service by Dr. Reshma John and Amanda. Both ladies were incredibly friendly, patient and kind. In a world where eye care has become more of a business than health care, this myeyedr office is different. Highly recommended the Roselle office for all your future vision needs. I brought my 11 year old son there to try contacts for the first time and they were incredibly accommodating and patient. Switching the whole family there now!

This was my first time at the Roselle location and I was impressed by the excellent service that was provided. I want to give a shout out to Maria because she was extremely kind and helpful when I was checking out!

Dr Sabrina D'Haiti was very caring, very professional and very nice, also Maria was beyond helpful and patient, simply amazing I would say...!

Dr. D'Haiti did a great job. Then Amanda took great care of me going through all the options and payment and how my insurance would pay out

Gary helped me pick out my first pair of prescription sunglass frames and showed me a number of different options while explaining everything very clearly and detailed. Very satisfied with the service and excited to receive my sunglasses!

I spent $700 on lenses for 2 pair of my frames and a check up. I received 1 pair back good to go, and one frame back broke (not how i gave them the frame)with a oh well, and a story that happens! But we'll give you 50% off on new frames that are most likely already marked up 200% I have been going there for 15 + years....past tense now.
