First, the clinic is very clean and organized, and the staff are welcoming, kind, and helpful. The doctor was thorough and took his time with me to ensure all my concerns were addressed. I even found a really nice pair of frames here, which was amazing, because I am very picky. Anyway, I think if you need eyecare you should definitely check this place out - I really liked the fact they didn't engage in that hard upselling that most eyeglasses places do. So, when I walked out of here I felt relaxed and happy that I was getting a pretty new pair of glasses!
The "doctor" came late, didn't apologize, and also packed us in a very short time than any other doctor exam I've ever been. And I asked at least 3 times if my insurance cover the contact lens consultation, they said yes, but it turns out it doesn't. That was the reason we came here, but they just said "sorry for misunderstanding" and that was all. I believe people who gave 5 stars are his friends or something.
Dr. Ali was great! After years of going to last-minute-booking optometrist clinics, I was used to the general "routine" exam, mostly performed by office staff, and all the push for unnecessary tests. Dr. Ali was kind, personally examined my eyes, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions which was super refreshing. Staff got back to me right away with details about my insurance. Great follow-up to make sure I had the right prescription for me. Impressive....can't recommend a better eye doctor!
Dr. Ali and his staff are all very welcoming and listen to you. They don't rush through the exams. I had seen the previous optometrist at this office for almost 10 years, but Dr. Ali is great as well! Highly recommend him for a personal touch to your exams.

Amazing experience. Me being a transgender male I usually have a hard time feeling accepted or feeling comfortable. Yet, I felt welcome. They accepting me and went above and beyond to make sure they addressed me nicely. They were funny and was able to help me choose the right products that would best suit me for the type of work I do. They let me know of issues I had with my eyes that I wasn't told about by other optometrists in the past.
The experience we had with this office was not great. We tried to request a copy of my moms eye prescription to be mailed to her and after about a week we contact them and they hadn't moved forward and asked again. The copy of prescription arrived, and my mom had asked for me to order glasses for her. I inputted all the information ordered the glasses and when they came we realized she couldn't see through them. Low and behold, the office sent us SOMEONE ELSE'S prescription..with all of their information and address on it totally violating hippa. Now we didn't look closely enough before ordering and thats on us, but to be fair we did not expect anyone but her information to be on there. Unprofessional and unacceptable in my opinion.
When my dad called the place, they said all examinations would be free with my insurance. My dad specifically asked 3 times too, and they still said it'd be free. AFTER doing all of our eye examinations, the "doctor", who was 10 minutes late to his appointment, said it'd cost $90 so we just headed out also after hearing "for one year you will not get eye exams for free bc we just did yours for free"
