I have been going to FEC for over 10 years. I trust Dr Williams who is excellent, however the staff is lazy. I needed a copy of my recent eye exam, I called several times, left messages, no return calls, I've walked in to request a copy of my eye exam twice, it was unavailable, they were to speak with the Dr and forgot, the staff is oblivious. I don't think it's too much to follow through on a medical request given weeks to process and 72 hours notice. They just don't do it, and this is the 3rd time I've experienced this. They don't have sufficient inventory of RX contacts in stock to be fitted so they always need to be ordered, wait a week, test them and most of the time they're not the correct RX...then it starts all over again. Moral of the review, if you're looking for competent medical care for your eyes, see private practice, the support staff is just as important as the doctor.
