I saw Dr. Gouris for the first time and she was fantastic! Addressed all my questions and was very thorough. The staff assisting with the rest of the appointment was also very patient and helpful. Overall very happy with the decision to go to Lenscrafters for an annual check up!

The optometrist, Dr.Iwona Lazarz was thorough with the eye exam. She showed interest and spent the time responding to my questions regarding eye care.
Best of all, the timing was perfect to be accomodated with like a walk in, for the opening in less ten minutes, with a phone call.
The salesperson, Courtney, was great in helping me to get the best deal for the costs. My eyeglasses and sunglasses were still pricey, though. She recommended the same kind of pairs like what I have been using the last two years.Since I was fairly happy with them, I agreed to her suggestions. My gratitude to her.
Overall, Lens Crafters staff, esp.,this one in Hawthorn Mall had given me very satisfactory experience. Unfortunately, Dr.Parich now works in Northbrook location.He was great when he was my doctor in VernonHills, Illinois location!!!

Daylight robbery ! I switched from Foresight Vision to LensCrafters for better service and reasonable prices, but last 4 years you have become super greedy and charge 6-8x more for same services and eyewear products compared to other places. No more business for you guys!
