We were beyond patient when it took more than 8 months to repair my spotted lenses!( had them less than a year) I called monthly and was told by the manager I would receive a call. ( they NEVER called) Finally I called corporate but nothing changed, and the frame my lenses were in were no longer in stock according to the store manager. I went close to a year looking through spots! By that time my eye prescription changed. Lenscrafters told me to choose a new frame, anything less than what I paid would NOT be refunded and they refused to replace it with my new eye prescription So, they're making me a new pair with my old prescription which is totally useless to me! I asked the manager to call corporate while I was there to try and finally resolve this but she refused. Let's see how long it takes for them to call when my glasses are ready!!!

Amazing service. Matea (Hope I spelled it correctly) was friendly, professional and helped me when my glasses lost a nose piece. Truly great customer service. This location has this customers loyalty. Well done.

LensCrafters has completely lost my trust and my family's business. After spending nearly $1,000 on glasses, I experienced delay after delay, poor communication, and a total lack of accountability. I initially purchased glasses in August 2025 and had to reorder because they were too heavy. The replacement pair was on backorder -- something I was never told, despite numerous calls and two in-store visits. By the time the glasses finally arrived (well past the promised date), I was told my 30-Day Happiness Guarantee had expired and could not be honored because "the system doesn't allow it." To make matters worse, the glasses & lenses are unusable for everyday wear, and the only "solution" the store offered was to replace the lenses -- not refund them -- simply because I bought the protection plan. After multiple attempts to resolve this, including an escalation to corporate, I've received no response at all. LensCrafters clearly prioritizes sales and profit over patient care and customer experience. They operate like a retail chain, not a trusted optical provider concerned about eye health or customer satisfaction. Rude from every angle, at every single step. Avoid this location and this company at all costs -- especially if you value communication, accountability, or a stress-free experience. There are plenty of other providers who stand behind their products and treat customers with respect. The tl;dr: despite multiple contacts to resolve this for a return - both in person, via phone - and escalating this to LensCrafters Customer Service, contacting the regional manager, and filling out numerous "icare" forms, the best they can do is a "courtesy" frame refitting. For glasses that cost $916. Avoid.

The workers were great! I came in to get 2 of my glasses adjusted because I was bonked when I fell down. (Stage 4 metastastatic Cancer doesn't help) Thank you for your service and time as I was specific in adjustments.

Abdessamad was helpful and productive. It's not everyday that the sales person is about the patient and then the product. Abdessamad Is all about the patient/customer. I appreciate that as somebody who loves to buy but hates to be sold. Also, LensCrafters at the Hawthorne Mall has a better selection of glasses than most. As Arnold said, "I'll be back."

I came here for my annual eye exam. It was a great experience, with no waiting. Everything was explained perfectly and Dr. Gianfriddo took her time accurately assessing my vision and the overall health of my eyes.

Have used them for my prescription lenses. Recently I purchased a Gucci sunglasses for my wife from an online retailer, the sunglasses was fitting loose on her, LensCrafters did the required adjustments for free. Great service

100% recommended. The front desk staff are highly competent and professional. They consistently exhibit a courteous demeanor and willingly address any inquiries you may have. The eye doctor is exceptionally courteous.
