I have an extremely difficult history of a damaged cornea and being able to get comfort and better vision with that eye. Terra was the assistant that did my eye exam for a new prescription. She knew how to "stair step" the prescription to be able to give me the best vision and comfort. My eyes immediately felt amazing with it. Better vision and both eyes felt comforted because of It. This was the first time in almost five years, that I did not have to close my bad eye, to be able to see better out my good eye. Thank you Terra for using your expertise in helping me to achieve better vision and comfort. She was so kind and supportive in educating me on what she did in the exam to achieve what she did for me. Dr. Pike was trilled and happy to approve my new prescription. Dr. Pike is an amazing Ophthalmologist. He is patient and kind. Thank you Terra and Dr. Pike! The only thing I can add that would have given this appointment a perfect score, would be improving the wait time to start the exam.

I have been to all three of their locations during my cataract surgeries and I like each and every one. Whichever one I go to, I find the place is nice and the staff professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I really like Dr. Lagouros, who has been my doctor for years. He listens to me and is good at explaining what needs to be done in a way that I can understand and answers any questions I may have. Although, I only saw him once during my follow-up appointment after my right eye surgery, Dr. Abou-Hanna did a very good job. He was thorough, courteous, and listened to me also.

Everyone there was super friendly and helpful! Checking in was easy, and I did not have to wait long to get started with my examination. Dr. Eyler is a great doctor, and I trust what he tells me.

Dr Eyeler and his team are all very competent, kind and thorough. The wait time was a bit longer, but each person in the chain acknowledged it and apologized. I would definitely recommend them to future possible patients.

Had my first visit. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. From the front office staff to the Physician, I could not have asked for a better experience. I know moving forward, I will be in good hands with my care team!

When I moved to the area 3+ years ago, I wanted to be sure that I was able to get the same quality eye care as I had before. Fortunately, the knowledgeable and caring ophthalmologists and optometrists at Illinois Eye Center have met my needs. Whether for periodic checkups or for eye surgery, I've always felt that I'm in capable hands.

The service was thorough and professional. Dr Lagouros was also informative and friendly. I checked other reviews and all but 1 review was very positive.

I didn't know cataract surgery was so easy. From start to finish an easy procedure. The people at the OSF center for health were fantastic. Looking forward to getting my other eye done.
