Exceptional experience from start to finish. The office is welcoming, organized, and efficient. Dr. Patel was incredibly thorough, explained the exam findings clearly, and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and care. -- this practice is exactly that. Five stars without hesitation.

Friendly staff and an outstanding doctor Grishma Patel! From the moment we walk into the clinic, we are greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere by Kim. Every team member goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. What truly stands out is how they remember details from our previous visits -- sometimes even from a year ago. That level of personal attention makes us feel genuinely valued. The guidance by Lorraine for selecting glasses is exceptional. The recommendations are thoughtful, and the final results are always perfect. I wouldn't consider getting my glasses made anywhere else. Most people don't look forward to doctor visits, but there is something truly special about this team. We actually feel excited to go back each time. Highly recommended!

Best eyecare!! From Kim at check-in to Daniella's initial testing to Dr. Patel's knowledge and thorough exam to Lorraine and Michelle helping pick the perfect frames "lipstick for my eyes" :) plus Lorraine helps navigate how to best apply our insurance, I highly recommend Advanced Eyecare. We switched from Eyes on Wheaton when they charged our insurance before we even confirmed contacts (very shady!!) and have no regrets!

Okay, who actually loves going to the eye doctor? I do -- truly! I live in Los Angeles, but Dr. Patel is my eye doctor. Yes, I travel nearly 2,000 miles because she is simply the absolute BEST. The level of care I receive at every single appointment is exceptional -- I'm genuinely in awe. Everything is seamless, thorough, and somehow... fun! Dr. Patel and her entire team are incredibly knowledgeable experts, but just as importantly, they are warm, kind, and make you feel completely at ease. Honestly, some of the nicest people on the planet. They're wonderful, efficient, and respectful of your time -- getting you in and out while still delivering top-tier care. Advanced Eye Care is the only place I trust with my eyes, and I give them my highest recommendation. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, Dr. Patel and team, for keeping my eyes healthy for over 15 years. I'm beyond grateful!

Really excellent experiences from start to finish! Every person I encountered from the front desk, to the tech, to the doctor were all lovely to work with. They also don't try to hard sell you on frames like some places I've been to, which is always a great sign!

I have been coming here since I moved to Wheaton, and I love it! Both of my in-laws come here now, too! Dr. Patel is super knowledgeable and efficient, and the front desk staff are delightful. Special shout out to Lorraine and Michelle, who have both helped me pick out frames over the years. Michelle helped me my most recent time in and was so helpful - I'm not good at picking out what looks good on me, so having an expert in that area is a god-send for me! She also seemed to really know the ins and outs of insurance and costs, which I appreciate! Overall, 5/5 for Advanced Eyecare of Wheaton, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a new eye doctor/practice!

Wonderful care and even better people. Dr Patel is best eye doctor I've ever had. And I've had a number over the years. Lorraine is super helpful picking frames, explaining choices, etc. Daniella the tester is quick, efficient and laughed at all my jokes. And Kim up-front answers all questions and is always friendly!

The staff and doctor were excellent and exceptional in both kindness, clear explanation and knowledge. I have been looking for a good eye doctor for a long time and good business is where you find it not where sponsors tell you it is. I have found it here and I would highly recommend them to anyone with confidence.
