Dr. Losurdo is fantastic. What sets him apart is how he takes his time with every patient and provides thorough, clear explanations about your eye health and treatment options. You never feel rushed, and he ensures you fully understand everything before moving forward.
Special mention to Hyatt, who was wonderful helping me with frame selection and has the patience of a saint. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and efficient - everyone works together seamlessly to provide an excellent patient experience.
If you're looking for an optometrist who truly cares and takes the time to do things right, Dr. Losurdo and his team are the ones to see. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Wheaton Lenscrafter is my go-to glasses place. Dr. Pete Losurdo really understands my aging eyes, and prescription needs. He is both fun and very helpful. I've been depending on his expertise, since he worked at another store, so figure for at least a couple decades. The store mgr, Hayat Mohamed, is wonderfully sympathetic and helpful. Lately, I had an incident where my glasses broke, and she helped me find a way to fill my prescription quickly so that I can have my glasses made in time for my upcoming vacation. She also advised me on frames that will stay on my nose more easily without sliding lower. I highly recommend this location. You can't go wrong.

Two things: (1.) I ordered tortoise shell frames. What I got is essentially black with a couple of flecks of brown. I went back in the next day to see what could be done. I was told, "Well, we could 'possibly' order them again, but there's no guarantee they will come back looking like tortoise frames, but other than that, there's not much they can do. (Silly me, I thought tortoise frames would mean tortoise frames.) And( 2.) the day before my appointment, I filled out my health info online. At the appointment, an employee came and asked me the questions again. I mentioned that I had filled that out the day before, and he said they still needed to ask. The troubling part is, he asked me these medical questions in the lobby with other customers around--which is a violation of HIPPA.
