Although wait times can be long at times, Dr. Si is a great glaucoma specialist. Her expertise has truly helped stabilize and improve my dad's glaucoma after years of no treatment. We are so grateful!

Dr. Blankshain is an exceptional physician. She spent a great deal of time with me, listened carefully, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated her thoughtful, compassionate approach. Highly recommend.

My mom recently had cataracts surgery with Dr. Michelle Sims and I can't say enough good things about her. She is amazing! Very down to earth. She made sure to address our concerns about my moms eye sight. Not only that, she also discussed and recommended a fellow doctor for clearance for any issues before her surgery. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get Cataracts surgery. Wheaton Eye Center staff is great too. Everyone is very helpful. I am satisfied with the care we received. Thank you WEC team!

I'm so disappointed with the service of this clinic. A day after holiday, I had an eye pain and I came in to see a doctor but they basically throw me out due to low staff. Their agents are not compassionate or accommodating. Instead of a nurse or assistant coming and explaining, they called my cell to tell me no we can't help you. It's a self check out McDonald's not a medical clinic.

My toddler was scheduled months in advance with a pediatric ophthalmologist through Northwestern. They decided to notify me the day before the appointment that the doctor had left the practice 3 weeks prior. Major ball drop. Frantically, I called Wheaton Eye Clinic and they miraculously got him in the next day so I didn't even have to rearrange my day off with work. The staff was so great with my shy son and Dr. Kipp even took a quick peak at my 7-month-old's eyes while we were there (without me asking) to make sure he didn't see anything concerning. 10/10 service; I cannot recommend this place enough and it is 100% worth the drive.

Highly recommend this clinic . My 2 year old was prescribed glasses and we worked with a different eye clinic before we lost her glasses. We ended up at this clinic to replace her glasses and have been so impressed with the attentiveness, professionalism, warmth and knowledge that has been shared with us. The glasses are perfect and came with a great case and extra gear. we will continue to come here for her vision needs. :)

Wow, so blown away by the entire staff at Wheaton eye clinic. My husband and I brought our 15 month old daughter to see Dr Kip. We waited no more than 5 minutes to see the doctor, which was convenient considering our daughter has a short attention span. We were so impressed with the care & their ability to treat pediatric patients. I'm so grateful for their kindness and patience. We also visited the optics department where they fitted my daughter for glasses. The entire process was seamless & so easy. Very grateful for everyone at the Wheaton location.
