I have some unique eye problems. I went to a lot of different eye doctors... Nobody could figure it out. Then I met Dr. Heinke. She's the only one that figured it out. I've been going to her for years. I would never go to anyone else.! Her and her staff are so caring and knowledgeable! The office manager... Cindy... can figure out any insurance problem that you have ...Quickly and efficiently ! So if you're lucky enough to live near the Woodstock area... or the Lake Geneva area ..(she has offices in both places)And you want the best eye care and office staff service...Then Dr. Heinke's office is the place to go!

Dr Jessica Heinke is a caring, intelligent doctor who lowered my stubborn glaucoma pressure. I went to her with edema from a cataract surgery. She is the only doctor to notice that I had Fuchs dystrophy and was pretty much blind. She was worried of an infection and took care of that with antibiotics . She observed a Corneal specialist during his eye surgeries and knew that he was excellent. She sent me to him and I had a DMEK partial corneal graft and I can now see. She continues to amaze me with her intelligence and caring ways she helps me with any eye issues. Thank you Dr Heinke my family and I will always have you as our eye doctor

Dr. Heinke is the best eye doctor. She is enthusiastic about her profession and up to date on eye condition science and treatments. In the past 15 years I have occasionally seen other eye specialists but always return to Dr Heinke for solid advice and expertise in eye conditions. Importantly, she has extensive diagnostic equipment that other doctors do not invest in. It demonstrates her interest in her science and her patients.

One of the most through doctors I have ever met. Amazing 1st time appointment.
