Had an eye exam with Dr Ribarchik and he took the time to explain everything well. The two girls that were there Nicole and Tabitha were very nice and friendly. There was barley a wait time for the appointment. The staff here is great I highly recommend

My wife and I walked in there yesterday and the optical manager greeted us immediately, asked us if she could help with the decision making of our glasses and sold us two pairs of premium progressive lenses for less than $400 after insurance! Which is a steal. I have gone to rosin eye care for 15 years and every time I have paid over $700 for ONE pair of glasses. We will be coming back. The manager had an amazing attitude and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I came from shopko where they tried to charge me double! I came in and a nice girl Tabitha helped me get a quote and break down the prices. I love the transparency and they were putting out new frames so I decided to hold off until they were done. I came back and she was there again with another girl who helped me pick out my frames. The service was top tier and I had an amazing time. They were all so personable and friendly!

I bought my wife glasses from here. The frames broke and my wife called about a replacement. When she asked how much it would cost they told her 0 dollars, it was covered under warranty. When she got there, they tried to charge her and told her they don't have a warranty. Now my wife is getting constant migraines from wearing her old pair because they won't fix the glasses. We can't just buy a new pair because we are both disabled and won't be able to afford a new pair until next year. Don't buy from here, they lie about the warranty to try and get you into the store.

I have never been so mislead. I placed an order for contacts. Got a call 8/11 stating they were in. Didn't pick up got another call reminder 9/8 and I called 9/9 from Alyssa told me she'd call me back. Never did... called back 9/15 bc I assumed she would call... apparently they sent them back when I called to pay. Needless to say, they don't care how long it takes to get the product in but once it is in.. they don't allow you time to pay when you can. I mean $274 is a lot now a days. I don't have that out of thin air. But that's fine. I'll take my business elsewhere.
