Dr. Yi-Shuang Yang, MD

This office in community hospital is the worstat returning phone calls or answering the phone. Sounds like she good but other site has her at a 3 star. I would just reccomend eye surgeons of indiana. According to some patients she wont accept co-pays from community fiancial help. That a big thums down for somone who cant affor 700 co payment.

My mom has been seeing Dr Yang for years. Great bedside manners, and very knowledgeable. The reason I only gave 3 stars, the last two years it seems like they are over booking appointments. Must sit and wait.

Expect for Dr. Yang to be running a bit behind, but it is only because she is so thorough and spends time with her patients. She gives amazing care & wants to make sure you are happy. Also, the office is nice & clean with quality equipment and a large variety of glasses to pick from. Would recommend to anyone.

Do not go to this trash site!!! Asked specifically if they took my insurance when scheduling my appointment wait a month or 2 to get in go all the way in to have then tell me there not a provider!!! TRASH! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

I just called the office and talked to a lady after pressing extension zero. She was so hateful and rude to me. I need to get in to see Dr. Yang to determine how serious my condition is and determine if my brain surgery is urgent or not. The lady said "She wouldn't see you if it were life or death, she isn't taking appointments. I don't know what to tell you. Go to the ER." Her tone of voice while saying that was so hateful it literally made me cry. This is a very serious matter for me that I am already freaking out about, I didnt need mrs. KAREN to be so hateful towards me for no reason. When I asked why she was being so rude to me. She said "I'm not being rude" I just feel like that was very unprofessional.

Would not recommend this lady is negligent. My Moms glaucoma went from bad to worse due to her dereliction of duty. The office staff is rude and if you want good care go anywhere else.

Dr. Yangs office goes above & beyond to help you. Today, Darlene in the optical center went way beyond what she needed to, just to make sure my daughter, with severe vision, didn't have to go without glasses for the weekend! DARLENE is AWESOME, and has helped us many, many times with our glasses! Thank you again Darlene!, and Bless you and your family! You are indeed a rare GEM!

Dr Yang is a very nice person, listens to your questions and gives you her full attention. Explains the results in full detail. The staff are very polite and knowledgeable, attentive too your questions. Very happy with my visits.
