When I choose a doctor I usually ask my friends for a referral. Not this time. I needed to have my eyes checked and chose myeyedr because I always pass by the place every time I am going to my favorite antique store. I made a great decision. From filling out the paperwork, to the exam, and finally to the optical department I was well taken care of. The optical department was the best. Ellie helped me decide on which way to go when it came to new lenses. We went over all of the options that were available so I could get the best deal possible. Throughout the time we talked I did not feel rushed and she even cleaned and adjusted my current glasses. All in all, going to myeyedr was a good decision.

The doctor (Pauline) was very informative and helpful. She pointed out what I had been thinking all along regarding my glasses and contacts I had received from a different doctor. She fixed me up. Also Ellie was amazing. She talked me through the process, gave me my options and helped to save me money. I had a great experience.

Dr Ayad was awesome and took her time with my exam to make sure everything was just right. Ellie was amazing helping me find the frames, she was super, friendly and patient -great to work with while selecting my glasses!

Been going there for years. Really liked the Doctor. My experience the latest appointment: Received a voicemail stating that I needed to call the office to verify my appointment or it would be cancelled. Called the office and expressed that I would be there for the appointment and that I had called in personally to set it. Asked what would have happened if I didn't get the voice mail and showed up for my time. Was told I would be treated as a walk-in and would have to wait for an opening. Showed up to my appointment 20 minutes early. Waited until my appointment was 15 minutes past due. Since the staff had not said anything to me, I left. Felt like just a warn body in a cold corporate environment. Too bad it is like this now.

I had a great experience at MyEyeDr. Dr. Millikan is very efficient and pleasant. Ellie did a great job helping me understand my benefits and the best eyewear choice.

Went to bring my son for his first eye doctor appointment submitted my insurance when I made the appointment two weeks ago benefits were never verified by them until we came in for the appointment and the lady was very nasty with me when I told her it is union insurance and Anthem does not manage those benefits that you have to call a different number than the provider services on the back of the card and needed to call member services to get to the correct person for vision benefits. She was very puffy and puffy with me and by the time she called the number I told her she needed the office for the benefits verification was closed, so therefore wasted over an hour between getting him from school and drive time and he never got to have his appointment. The receptionist was very unprofessional and downright rude when I also mentioned that I am seen in that same office. It had an eye exam last year with no issue got glasses and everything. She first stated they couldn't look at my account. Then they could, but an insurance I've never even carried before was listed on mine. When I went to ask about this, she says I don't know, that's just what was there and said I must've changed insurance when we have not. It's a shame because I love Dr. Nelson, but won't be coming back nor bringing my son back because of staff. I think next time we will just go to Dr. Tavel.

Ellie was fantastic with helping me get the best deal on my glasses. Turned out the in store promotions were a better deal than my insurance!
