If I could give them zero stars I would, My son's glasses broke and were defective. When I called to inform them of the situation they told me they were outside of the warranty. Which didn't make sense to me because if they were defective it shouldn't matter if it was outside the warranty. They ordered another pair and billed us full price for them, they said I should have taken the glasses in so they could use the lenses is why they charged us full price. We were never told to take the defective pair back so they could use the lenses from them. So now they said I am responsible for the $100 bill or they will send it to collections, or take the frames back, So I will be taking the frames back because we are not paying for something that should have been replaced because it was defective. Here is a picture of my glasses that are made of the exact same material and color as my son's frames and mine also broke in the same spot where his broke. We don't have a picture of his glasses because Midwest eye consultants kept The defective pair when he went to get the new pair, mine were replaced through the Ft Wayne VA where I got them from

Wife show up for follow up appt and said appointment was canceled because dr had a emergency. Said they called and left voice mail on cancelations. Funny how you leave voice mail when it's not set up. Next day called twice and left messages for return call and no call back. Nobody answers the phone there

Great bed side manner! Very caring! From office staff thru Dr Gray! They fit us in due to an eye issue we had to drive down from Michigan. Highly recommended. Excellent care and very informative. If our optometrist in Michigan retired we would move our business here

I stopped in with no appointment because my nose pad on my glasses was missing. Shannon took my glasses and fixed them promptly with a smile. She was very friendly and helpful !

Absolutely the worst place to go. Had my eyes examined and everything seemed fine. Got my new glasses in and immediately said something was wrong. They insisted it was good and said give it some time to adjust and things will be good. About two weeks later I stopped in and said something isn't right and they offered me the chance to buy another pair of $600 glasses. I declined. I just got my eyes reexamined at a different place and the optometrist said my old prescription was incredibly off. I will never go there again.

I received a phone call Monday to let me know my glasses were in so I scheduled an appointment for pick up Wednesday. I show up to my appt on Wednesday to get my glasses and "well they're not in." I'm like okay so you wasted my time and you didn't even double check to see if my glasses were in before my appointment time when you had TWO days to correct your mistake. Well their excuse is that the new girl made a mistake. So sorry. Seriously? Do your job and don't call people to tell them to pick up their glasses when you don't even have them in. I will be switching to a more competent company who can at least train their new employees before letting them work on their own.

I went to Midwest Eye Consultants for years, until I moved out of the area. I was unable to find another provider that I was as happy and comfortable with. Thankfully, I've moved back to the area and returned to Midwest! Dr. Good has always been fantastic, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm thrilled to be back, and highly recommend Midwest Eye Consultants!

Poor lens quality. 2 sets of lenses. Cleaning by letter of the law and they still scratch. In 2 months lenses look 3 years old. Crap material whatever it is. They don't charge like there cheap but they are JUNK.
